Luis helped me a few years ago with dents on my trunk side and he did such a great job that I had…read moreto call him back for some new and more challenging damages on the front side of my same vehicle this time. Long story short, this year it was freeway damage due to a metal pallet falling out of the back of a big rig truck at freeway speeds that luckily I was able to dodge enough to only cause damage to the passenger side hood, fender and light of my vehicle. I contacted Luis at Dings & Dents and got a response within an hour of reaching out to him. I shared my bad news and a 3 year old memory of how well he did when he helped me before. He got everything scheduled, I dropped the car off, and when I picked it up I was once again impressed. It is absolutely worth doing business with Dings & Dents. I consider Luis and his business a place I can trust, and services provided at very reasonable prices.

So first a bit of history. This location was formerly Barreto's Auto Body, which handled a…read moresignificant dent on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma in Forest Green. In Lodi a drunk woman decided to hit my truck in the parking lot and proceed to drive home like nothing happened. Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.

Dane sent me an estimated of $250 to do the repair which was $1087.03 less than our local body shop. The body shop estimate did include repainting the whole hood. Dane thought that the scratch could be buffed out without a need for a complete paint job. Kevin actually performed the repair. He did make the scratch almost invisible. However, he informed me that he couldn't completely fix the dent because there was a sheet of aluminum in the hood. When aluminum is dented it can't be completely restored to the way it was before the accident. He was apologetic and only charged me $125. When I brought the vehicle home, my wife could barely see the dent and scratch. I have NEVER been told by anyone, that the actual cost would be significantly less than the estimated cost! With their business ethics, I wish Region Paintless Dent Repair would become a full body shop. They would leave the competition in the dust.
