Brian contacted me and after reviewing my photos, he provided an initial estimate with the honest disclaimer that he'd need to see it in person for a final price. When Brian arrived , we realized the dent was on a tricky body line and larger than expected. I also asked him to look at three additional dime-sized dents. We agreed on an updated quote and he got to work. While he was able to knock out most of the large dent, it couldn't be made perfect due to the location. Brian was incredibly apologetic and we discussed several options, but then he did something rare: he refused to charge me for the work since he couldn't get it 100% out. It is hard to find that kind of integrity these days. I will definitely be using Bullseye for any future needs because they truly stand behind their work!

There is no more truer description of this company as my experience with this dent repair shop far exceeded not only my expectations but my knowledge of the science. I didn't think it was possible to completely repair my car side body damage to its original form and was prepared for some bad news. Mr. Keith Cosentino welcome me at the entrance and after examining the damage explained what is possible and educated me in the Art of Dent Repair. He gave me a bid (which was less than half of what my longtime, 35 years, car body repair shop was going to charge) and approximate time it would take to do the job. Without any hesitation, I agreed to have him do the repair as his calming voice assured me of all the options that can and will happen. During his process, any questions he had for me was demonstrated with a video of my car's progress along with a careful explanation of his strategy for repair. There was no hidden agenda by Keith as is sometime typical for any car shop to an unaware patron. The results were absolutely FANTASTIC! From start to finish, communications, actual repair, payment and pick up, the process was seamless...Pun intended. My included before/after amateurish pics will not depict the honesty and quality of the workmanship done. For this I apologize to Keith. I can only wholeheartedly HIGHLY recommend his services to others especially anyone who is vacillating with using a full on body shop. If he can't satisfy his customers, he will tell you!
