Got a fair quote. Was able to schedule for the next day. He ran a little behind, but texted me well in advance to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, we looked at the door panel to be replaced and quickly talked about the job. He finished after about an hour or so and we looked at the panel again. The dent he repaired was scuffed, so I could see where the damage was previously . Looking at the reflection, it looked pretty straight. Any person not specifically looking for dents would not notice it. Hopefully I never need their service again, but I would use them again if I'm unlucky and get another door ding. I would recommend to friends and family as well. read more

Andrew and Evan were communicative, organized, professional, and efficient and effective!

This place is great. Andrew is a life savor. I got a dent and 2 small high spots on my new Tesla Model 3. I called a bunch of places to see if they can repair it and all the places were telling me it would take 4 days and it had to get repainted and were charging a ridiculous amount of money. I found this place on yelp so I gave Andrew a call and he was able to squeeze me in the next day for a mobile appointment. He was very quick and did an amazing job. He was able to repair everything in one day and only took about an hour to do it. Thanks again Andrew for making this happen on short notice. read more

Did an amazing job and priced competitively! The body shops quoted my repair to be $1k+ with the whole hood requiring a replacement. PDR was able to repair my hood for only $200 and touched up the scratches for me! read more

I got a door ding in my wifes brand new car from someone who opened there door a little too crazy luckily they agreed to pay to fix. Did a quick search on Yelp for paintless repair and luckily yelp sent me to this company. Andrew was able to schedule me in quickly and pricing was very competitive. I will definitely use him again in the future, quite literally I got another ding on my rear trunk except this was my fault. I definitely recommend. read more

Due to someone having road rage, a guy threw a stainless steel mug at my car door on the freeway. This resulted in causing two dents on my car door. After looking at it for months I just got tired of it. I went on Yelp and requested "dent removal". I decided to use Bay Area Dent Works because of the positive comments that they have onYelp. The gentlemen came out and did an amazing job with removing the dents. One was so severe we were unsure if it would come out, but it did. Also the pricing couldn't be any better than what it is. I would go back to them if I needed to. I don't have any pictures because my car is white so you can't really see the dents by camera. read more

Thorough evaluation of the problem and honest recommendation for the solution. Excellent to work with.

He was professional on time and very pleasant. He did a great job. I call him the magician. He took away two small dent on my driver door. It looks brand new. Thank you Andrew! Shirley read more

Bought a new car with huge dent damaged by dealer. It is too symmetric and smooth that I thought it was as designed. Did not realize it is a dent until a few days later. The dealership does not admit their fault, this ruined my mood. Andrew's wonderful work saved my day. He is very responsive and we had a smooth communication. Andrew finished the work timely and delivered the results as promised with a reasonable price. Thank you Andrew! read more

I highly, highly recommend this business. I had 3 small dents in my driver side door. I can try to describe them for reference; they were the type of dents where if the lighting was just right, they could be seen from an angle. They weren't too deep, however, once I noticed them, it was difficult to "unsee" them. Bay Area Dent Works asked for pictures, quoted an agreed upon price, and fixed them within an hour. Pretty legit and definitely happy with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. read more

Shout out to Andrew. I reached out to a lot of dent removal places when the wind blew my door into a pole. He was the the first one to respond back to me and the price was the best. Judging from his reviews, I had faith he get the job done. He was transparent and honest about how much he could do to remove the dent. His estimate based on my pictures was that he could make it look 80 percent better due to the fact it was a difficult location to make look perfect. He arrived on time to my house and confirmed he'd make it look like he said. He spent a good amount of time it and I am extremely pleased with the results and cost. I knew there was no way to make it look like it was before without going to a body shop, and there is no way I was going to pay that considering I wasn't looking to pay an arm and a leg to get it out on a 10 year old car. He knows his stuff, is friendly and I could immediately tell he was a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his work. While I hope I don't need to call him again, if I do he'll be the guy I will be contacting. Thanks Andrew! read more

My contacted Bay Area. Dent works after my 2021Lexus was dinged in a parking garage in Monterey. I messaged them on yelp and almost immediately got a response, then forwarded my cell phone number so that we could schedule further. I scheduled the appointment for two days later And they showed up exactly at the time they promised. The ding/crease in the door was completely removed and you can't even tell that it happened. I couldn't be happier with the service provided, and I will definitely call them again if I ever need work like this done on any of my vehicles. read more

Excellent communication from my first inquiry until service was completed. It was super convenient to have this done in my driveway rather than deal with taking the car to a shop. Very pleased with the results, the low cost, and how quickly the job was completed. It looks like nothing ever happened to the car. Couldn't be happier and would recommend Bay Area Dent Works to anyone. read more

My better 1/2 miscalculated pulling out of garage. Unfortunately, dented the front fender but at least no paint damage. Found Bay Area Dent Works and spoke with Andrew. Very professional and courteous. Sent him pix of damage and said could be fixed 90-95% but wouldn't be 100% (not that I was expecting it). Also his price quote was competitively priced yet reasonable compared to other shops that contacted me on yelp. We scheduled an appointment, he came to my home, even got here early and worked his magic. Now you can't even tell anything even happened. Sent my better 1/2 pix and she is pleased and car looks great. Kudos to Andrew. Hopefully, I never need his services again but if I do, he will be the first call i'll make. Great Service. I had a dent on my cobra. Andrew knocked it out within 20 minutes. Great guy highly recommended

Our brand new 2021 CX5 met its first parking lot door greeting on the front passenger door. The result was two dents, one small dent near the bottom and another near the top...of course along the body line!!! I sent some photos and Andrew responded quickly along with a very reasonable quote. On the day of the repair, Andrew inspected the damage and shared that he would do his best and the result would likely be 90-95% repaired. Andrew spent a significant amount of time for the repair (the brace in the door panel made the repair challenging) and the results are amazing! I will definitely use Bay Area Dent Works for future dent repairs. read more

Reached out to Andrew about repairing some dents on my truck. Other companies that I reached out to were either going to doing some drilling or said the job was not possible. It was a piece of cake for Andrew. True profession and master of his trade. No drilling and dent are completely gone. Thanks again! Definitely my go to PDR guy. read more

Came back to the tesla and found that someone had left a couple of dents in it and no note. Did some research on pdr and thought it was worth a try. I later learn that because the model s has an aluminum body that it will be considerably more difficult because, unlike steel, aluminum has no "memory". Andrew sets my expectations that he may be able to get 75-85% improvement and set to work. A few hours later the car was looking almost as good as new. He thought that he got 85% but no one would notice the residual dent outside of me, he basically got it to 95% - and at a small fraction of the cost that it would have taken at a body shop. read more
