When she arrived at the appointment, she inspected each room and ran her finger along our blinds, shelves, etc. to check for dust. The quote was very reasonably priced and we booked an appointment for the actual deep clean. The day of the deep clean, she arrived with 2 other women and they immediately got to work. My fiancé and I were home during the clean so they worked in the bedrooms and kitchen first while we chilled in the living room and when they were ready to switch, she let us know. The deep clean took about 4 hours from start to finish and they did an amazing job. They move everything from the surfaces before they wipe. They cleaned our window tracks which I was super excited about. I even saw one of them cleaning our ceiling at one point. All of our artwork was wiped down and our home felt much cleaner. We also hired them again in early May and they did a great job again. My fiancé and I are very happy with their service and would love to hire them again in the near future :)

The whole process took about 2 hours and they found some spots that needed deep cleaning that I didn't see before. Overall, when I arrived it felt clean and smelled fresh. However, after walking around in our newly cleaned home for a couple minutes I felt the floor was still a bit sticky and my socks were completely black. I used the swiffer for a bit and also came back disgustingly black. I ended up buying a mop myself and mopping the whole place and the stickiness and the blackness went away. I asked for the fridge to be wiped down but didn't realize the freezer was not included and was surprised to see a bunch of crumbs and debris. I appreciate all the cleaning that was done, but was expecting just a bit more with $200

There is no way to complete a deep clean in 1 hour…read more I paid for a deep clean. I got a sloppy standard clean. The team that came arrived an hour late, to the wrong address, and did not speak to me. The one interaction I did have was me commenting that this was the first professional cleaning team I'd ever hired and the cleaner saying, "I can tell." Not great. It was made worse by the fact that the cleaning team of 4 people pulled everything out and rearranged everything. When they were done, everything was clean, but in complete disarray. They even left out my stepladder, which they had pulled out to use to clean up high. If they hadn't found mine, would they not have cleaned up there? And why wasn't it put back? Trash cans and chairs were in the middle of walkways and rooms when they were done. They missed a lot, since they hustled as fast as they could to be done in an hour. The shower and hood above the oven were the only deeply cleaned things in my entire apartment. They left lint on the baseboards, gunk on the cupboards and doors, and built up dirt on the bathroom floor. It was not a deep clean at all. It was not reasonably priced, as other reviewers led me to believe. I will not contract through this agency again.

I wanted professional help and at first thought CQCS only did homes but nope turns out they are GREAT at businesses and shops! He came in and made the place look brand new again. He somehow cleaned the walls from top to bottom which made them super white again as if it had been painted! And don't get me started on the bathroom. I was legit afraid to go in there. But he was not afraid. He deep cleaned in there so well that when he was done I was actually excited to use it! The whole place looks amazing now, I am so happy and grateful CQCS handled this for me.

She is fast and efficient and gets our upstairs done in 2.5 hrs (two beds, one bathroom) and honestly the price is not bad. It's 40$/hr for one cleaner. I did ask her if she could even help me hang my clothes for me, which isn't in their usual service, and she was happy to which I obviously tipped her more for. (Who else hates hanging clothes? Do not be fooled by the low prices!! Do not recommend!…read more Was in search of a cleaning company for a move out cleaning for my place. Property is a 3 bedroom a bath home and because I wanted to leave the place in good shape. This review is based on customer service, service itself and overall satisfaction with the job requested. Let me start with the pros: -speedy response from Ren (to initially book the cleaning) -reasonable prices (however buyer beware you get what you pay for) Cons: -unprofessional staff-arrived late and unprepared for job didn't have the supplies or tools needed to clean the spaces required (i.e no step stool to reach higher up cabinets and fans) -requested areas to be cleaned were completely ignored (see pictures below) -did not wait as requested and as promised for final inspection before services were completed -owner requested for ME to call cleaner to have her return to finish the job Overall, I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. I arrived to the house as my housekeeper was leaving and instead of waiting she sped off! I tried to call her as well as the business owner and she ignored our calls. I even attempted to wait for her to see if she'd return to finish the job and of course she did not. Even despite me going over the areas I wanted cleaned with the cleaning staff (1 person) prior to beginning the job, areas In requested were not cleaned at all. I was left having to pay to hire another company to complete the job. Update on my review: As soon as I posted this review of course the owner Ren, had the audacity to call me and my husband scammers! No sir, you are the scammer claiming to be a "professional" cleaning service and posting slander about your clients when a review that is not to your liking is posted! I highly doubt I'd be considered an Elite reviewer on Yelp if this was the case! As added proof that the owner Ren knew that the job was poorly done I have added the screen shots of my texts with him, where he agrees for no payment to be issued. His comments are just another reflection of the poor service you'll receive if you waste your money on them.
