When I arrived, they took my temperature on my wrist, which I understand has to be done, and they were really relaxed and respectful about it. Then, when Erika came to take me back, she talked through what I wanted with me, offering her suggestions when I needed them. The shampoo was very nice, their quiet sink room was really relaxing, and when my hair was cut and they needed to dry it, Erika had a second stylist help her, which really made me happy. I used Yelp to find a salon close by and I'm pretty sure I read every review on every salon within a 5 mile radius. Called and took my chances in which they set me up with Jenna. Fast forward over a year later and I couldn't be more pleased with the ease of scheduling appointments on busy Saturdays, great price(and I have long hair!) and of course a beautiful cut and style. I let Jenna do her thing-I trust her and she only needs to ask me a couple of preferences before she magically cuts it just right. Now that is hard to find! She's also pretty efficient considering how much hair I have(almost to my waist at times and lots of layers), I'm usually out of there within an hour.
