I asked for a dark balayage. I got light highlights instead. I have a brown spot on my hair and a huge streak of blonde bleach hair. Not only that, but to add on, during the service, I was poked with bleached not once but twice. This really could've gone the wrong way and I could've ended up at the hospital. Throughout it all, I tried to have a positive attitude because it was a mommy makeover for me after being pregnant. I also traveled from Lombard to Chicago just to end up with this. I called today to let the manager know what happened. Yes, it was 3 weeks later that I called, but the reason is due to being busy with a newborn and really debating about telling the manager what happened due to the hairstylist being a good person. The manager told me I can go back with the same hairstylist but I asked for a refund or at least a partial refund. I do not want to go back to a hairstylist that poked me twice with bleach & I think that's pretty damn valid & understandable. As well as, I don't have time to go to Chicago again and sit for 4/5 hours. I'm stuck with bad hair- wish the manager didn't kept saying "its the policy", in my situation with the bleach in my eye & brown spot/bleach stain, you would think the manager would override the policy and give a refund.

I am again in a situation where I am unsatisfied and spent a lot of money for what I did not ask for. I also previously had green hair and I knew that the color would be difficult to get rid of and/or cover, but I was told to "ignore it and pretend it's not there" which I find completely unprofessional to tell your client.
