My mother got a haircut a couple months prior and only paid $50. Seems like she extra charged me because I'm young. I can't remember the last time I was this unhappy with my hair.

Any place I go and get my hair colored never if I had to pay to have my hair blow dried, but here they charge you for that and I think that's absolutely ridiculous. What I received is not what I asked for at all and there are spots where it looks like the bleach and dye just didn't take and in my opinion looks badly done. I made sure to let the stylist Joe know that I was looking for a balayage/ombré and how I've had bad experiences with other salons when trying to get balayage/ombré done. I am again in a situation where I am unsatisfied and spent a lot of money for what I did not ask for. I also previously had green hair and I knew that the color would be difficult to get rid of and/or cover, but I was told to "ignore it and pretend it's not there" which I find completely unprofessional to tell your client.
