This isn't the first time either quality control is absolutely in the garbage they will send you bad engines, transmissions, etc., forcing you to do labor twice or three times then If you need a replacement part, they force you to jump through hoops and On a automated website to make the warranty claim, and by the way they make you take pictures of the heat tabs which you would Move, you would have to remove your assembly in order to do that and then they will make their decision whether or not they're going To rectify the issue, and if no resolution is made, they will be glad to cash your check and take your money. Whatever you do do not deal with this business. There's many junkyards in the geographic area of this vicinity. This negative review correlates with others and is completely substantial. Don't say we didn't warn you when statistically society objects to your standard operating procedure as a result of bullshit management. It's hard to point the finger at anyone else by yourself total crooks. i'm done and I'm not even gonna mention the belligerent staff that worked there are total trash and street people that have no respect and are sarcastic Condescending jerks and whoever hired them is just as good as they're garbage parts that they're Robbing people for

After 2 months starting running bad and shorty after threw a rod. Manager very condescending and didn't want to do anything. Told me motor only had 3 mo warranty even though nothing on the receipt said otherwise and i was told 6 month by the rep there. Buyer beware. Plenty of other places to buy at much better prices. RE: Common Vision. Lee is the kind of mechanic who is passionate about diagnosing car problems and…read morefinding solutions. I found him here on Yelp and hired him for a PPI to look at a 2003 Tiburon. A family member is an enthusiast for these old cars which they wanted to make into a "hot hatch". I met Lee at the dealer, which was a long drive to the dealer for both of us. And of course the car was in a back lot 3 or 4 rows deep. So while waiting for the dealer to find the car and bring it to the front, Lee noticed some teenagers who were there to look at a Civic SI. One of them was checking for rust by knocking his knuckles on the car body. Lee smiled at this and went over to chat with them and before you know it, he was reviewing the car with them, explaining how you really check for rust, opened the hood and began digging into how to tell if this Civic was running well or not. He looks underneath the car by getting on the ground and actually looking. I noticed all the other guys, both the dealer guys and the buyers, were hesitant to do this. I think they were intimidated because he obviously knew much more about engines than they did. I was impressed that Lee has the instincts of an educator. He really wants to not just evaluate the car but to teach others how to examine a car. Eventually the Tiburon appears and then Lee quickly went through his process. He focuses on the engine and doesn't move on from that until all issues are covered. In this case, he zeroed in immediately on the coolant system. It wasn't holding pressure. I watched as he carefully tested and retested and showed the dealer technician that the system was bad and that it was leaking. We had already been there for an hour and a half so it was decided that the dealer would pull a hose from another car ( the dealer was close to a salvage yard) and repair it and then Lee would return to test it again. In the end, even the dealer gave up on this car, he didn't complete any repair and we moved on. But I will have Lee examine any car we are considering. He is an excellent mechanic, fair and honest.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!…read more On 10/3/25, my husband paid Lee Wiles / Common Vision LLC $1,020 (plus a $281 tip) for axle and brake repair. Less than 24 hours later, the car broke down in a dangerous way. AAA confirmed the repair was unsafe and improperly done, and another certified mechanic verified this. The axle came out and nearly caused a serious accident. When I contacted him, instead of refunding the payment, he admitted in text messages that "the axle came out" but refused to return the money. He also tried to deflect responsibility by making inappropriate comments about race and insisted on "fixing" it again -- despite my clear statements that I no longer trusted him after such unsafe work. I have full documentation: receipt, CashApp payment, AAA confirmation, mechanic statement, and text messages from his phone. This needs to be on record to prevent him from scamming and endangering others. He is also not listed with the BBB as a registered business -- but I have filed a complaint so there will now be a record. If he scammed you too, REPORT HIM. Businesses that operate this way do not last. Add On: It's not harassment to ask for my money back after a repair failed in less than 24 hours and almost caused an accident. AAA confirmed the axle came out because of improper work, and a certified mechanic verified this. I provided proof: receipt, CashApp payment, and text messages where Mr. Wiles himself admitted "the axle came out." I made it very clear that I would not allow him to touch my car again after such an unsafe repair. At that point, the only responsible action was to issue a refund. Instead, he refused, deflected responsibility, and made inappropriate comments about race. This is not about being "nice" or "polite." It's about safety, integrity, and accountability. I stand by my review and documentation. Others deserve to know what happened so they can protect themselves. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!

My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.
