My sister and I visited this salon after reading many positive reviews and were really looking forward to a relaxing experience after a stressful few months. Booking was simple, and the receptionist was helpful and accommodating throughout the process. I had my facial with Trinh, and she did a wonderful job. She was gentle, attentive, and efficient--it was clear that she had a lot of experience with the service. Unfortunately, my sister's experience with Kate was the complete opposite. The service felt unprofessional and unsettling. Kate's phone vibrated multiple times during the facial, and she repeatedly commented on my sister's skin in a way that was neither helpful nor appropriate. She skipped the massage portion, attempted to extract active breakouts instead of blackheads (which has now caused scarring), and left visible product residue on my sister's hair and face. Overall, the service received definitely disrupted what was meant to be a peaceful and rejuvenating day. We contacted the salon within minutes of leaving to share our concerns, but the response we received felt dismissive. Instead of addressing the situation seriously, the receptionist simply offered an upgrade for a future visit and said she would inform management. This did not feel like an adequate resolution given the circumstances. While I had a positive experience with Trinh, because of the overall lack of professionalism and the way our concerns were handled, we will not be returning. read more

My first time here and I was with Emma. She was super sweet and made the whole experience relaxing. I've had facials in the past and the worst part is the extractions but she made it such an easy process. Usually my skin is sensitive to some skin products and there's always one product that feels like fire on my skin when I've done facials in the past but throughout the whole facial all the skin care products that were used didn't react to my skin at all. It was my first time today at this spa and it went great! Jasmine did my facial. It was the Super Skin Combo and everything I expected was done ( extraction, dermabrasion, hydration etc ). She was very gentle and explained everything she was going to do. I completely trusted her. My skin feels clean and soft and I definitely go back again. First of all I was nervous because this place felt almost too convenient. The prices are great, it's right next to my work. I was really hesitant, but I kept driving by and one day I just said to heck with it and went inside. I had never had Botox before or filler etc but I'd certainly heard horror stories about cheap places and was warned you have to know the doctor or know someone who does, to be sure you don't get botched...but the reviews here were good, so I figured it couldn't hurt to take a look around. First things first, Jen (or Jenny?) I believe is her name, was the one to welcome me in, and she sat me down and did a consultation and she was so knowledgeable and honest that it really made me feel comfortable. She was not afraid to tell me no and she wasn't afraid to say hey I wouldn't advise you do this or that. I'm the kind of person who absolutely needs that, cause I'd do it all. I ended up getting 20ccs of Botox that day and scheduling an appointment for filler for two weeks later. I've now been there 3 times doing different things, primarily lip filler. And I couldn't be happier. I love that they advise me to spread out my appointments so I have a true idea of my results before doing more. I mean I also hate it cause Im impatient lol, but long term I actually am so thankful. My results are amazing. I'm so so happy with how my lips are looking and my forehead is as smooth as can be, I am getting compliments on how great my skin looks daily. The team there is incredible, super kind and most importantly, they are super knowledgeable about all things aesthetics. Emma is my esthetician and she's amazing! I stumbled upon this new spa and checked it out cause it was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself . I ended up buying the package afterwards cause I loved it so much. Emma is the best, it's my first time and I got hooked because of Emma , her hands worked like magic. She walked me through it the first time and she warns me if it's gonna hurt. I'm not used to extractions and I was able to get through the first and now I think I'm getting better at it. I went to Mirako for the first time today to have thermage flx. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were nice and clean. Christine is who treated me. She made sure that I was comfortable and asked frequently if the laser was painful. We also had a pleasant conversation to distract from the repetitive laser. After the treatment she applied a cooling mask which felt lovely and when I left I had minimal redness but could already feel a tightening effect.
