I came to this place because I thought it had good reviews but the lady chopped off all my hair. She also died it white. I can't go out in public now. Also she over charged me. The only positive things were everyone did wear a mask and the seats were sanitized. The building is handicap friendly but that's it. Wow! I've found my new salon!! Sabrina is amazing. I am so impressed with the level of her customer service. She took the time to talk with me and find out exactly what I wanted. I love, love, love how she did my color! She even threw in a scalp treatment and used three different types of shampoo to wash my hair. The price was reasonable and in line with what I'm used to paying. I had been going to the same hairdresser for many years and when he moved out of town recently, I tried someone new at another local salon. Unfortunately, I was not happy at all and when I went back to get it fixed (which I've never actually done before in my life) the stylist gave me attitude. I won't go back there again! Now what?
