I have been to this place now several times. The service is spotty to say the least. Only one time out of five I had a good manicure. Most of the time, they're rushing through the pedicure or manicure, Last time the beautician rushes to the point where she hurt my toes. They don't seem to care. Also only one of their pedicure fans is working on both sides. When I pointed that out the managerjust shrugged and walked on. As a result my nail Polish didn't dry even after over 20 min and both toes polish got messed up and I had to go somewhere else the next day. Will not go back!

Do not bother coming here. Usually when I go somewhere to take acrylics off they use the nail drill to take at least some of it off before putting me to soak. Not in this case. She was going to do that but because someone else walked in for a manicure she put me to the side to soak to take care of them. She then took someone for a gel pedicure and was going to now take A THIRD PERSON. All while I'm just sitting they're doing nothing because there is no progress while I'm "soaking" for now 30 minutes. One of the other ladies seem to notice that I'm staring looking around and ask me if I'm done I tell her no because she hasn't even worked on my nails or tried filing it or anything so she said that I was soaking so a MetroCard can be used to take them off easier that's when this grabbed a nail clipper and started clipping my nails and even caused me to start bleeding. I left before I got aggressive.

Opi's Miami Beet perfectly matched with Essie's roarrrrange.

Came upon this place a few months ago because the other nail salons in Dyckman seemed not to do the job. Hence, I prefer a place nearby vs. going to Calla Pearl Nail Spa on 173rd, but it's been tough. Anyhow, for the nails (gel and powder manicure) the first two times the technician did a horrible job. Wasn't even going to do a manicure. She was going to just paint the nails...smh that is until I said something and the lady at the front intervened. The second powder manicure the nails just looked bad, plus very thick. Within two days the polish cracked on several nails. I called and was told to stop by. The nail technician, Jenny was in such awe as to how badly the job was done that she asked several times who did my nails. Of course, the tech was there and in their native tongue seemed to deny it b/c Jenny kept asking. Finally, she said I need redo it and said she'd charge $10 for it. She did an exceptional job, so much so that whenever I just want to do my nails at a local spot vs. Calla Pearl Nail Spa I go here; only with Jenny. Today's gel manicure came out great. The pedicures are very subpar. It's a basic wash, file and paint. Done literally in 10 mins tops (maybe less) and that is including the painting of the toes. Not much a pampering or relaxing experience, but got them done anyways.

50$ full set with gel & they charged 5$ for the shape which is included with the 50..

They were a little pushy, but very reasonable prices and very understanding ladies ! respected my wishes and completed my nails quicker than god knows what ! Shout out to Julie !!

I went on a Monday i waited about 10-15 minutes to get my nails done which is perfectly fine. I love how the lady did my nails she even took off 3 nails because the other place i went to did my nails horrible and only charged me $5 when it would have been $15. The only issue i have about this place is the price. $20 for gel ??? That's insane in my opinion but everything else is good.

Alice is the best nails Tech. My nails are always looking perfect. When it comes to pedicure Apple is the best.

I only gave this salon 1 star because i have to in order to leave a review. IT WAS HORRIBLE FROM BEGINNING TO END. my friend and i had some time to kill since we were handling some other business in the areas and decided to get our nails done. We walk in and we are asked what we want done. I reply by telling them, a gel fill-in for me and a powder dip fill for her. You would've thought we were speaking Russian from the blank stares we received. They then turn to each other and start speaking in their language and ignore us. We're standing there totally confused as to what's going on so my friend asks "is that a yes or a no?" They cackle some more and then rudely point to the seats in front of us. An older lady who i assume was the owner begins working on my nails, my friend is seated behind me and she's having a hard time explaining exactly what it is that she wants done, because although they have the product that she's looking for, they seem to not know how to apply it to her manicure. She finally explains it to a younger girl who then told her to get up from her seat and move three chairs down to another station. At that station, she still has to further explain that she needs a powder fill in with Gel color. After three more tries to explain, she gives up and just gets a gel manicure. At that time I have the owner working on my nails, she sees that two of my gel wrapped nails are broken and I would need to put a tip in order to have all my nails the same length. I expected the additional charge for the tips, what I did not expect was a charge for every single thing she did to my nails. My usual nail salon does not nickel and dime me for every thing when I go and get my naturally long nails wrapped with the gel, any cutting down or nail color is included in the one price that I pay. Extras such as tip nail repair or anything would be an additional charge. Not Miracle nails! What I find to be a miracle is that they're even still open. The customer service is horrid. The job on my nails is horrid, and their attitude is horrid. I ended up paying $70 for a manicure that usually costs me $40-$45. My nails are all different lengths, shapes and sizes. The only nice thing about them is the color which cost me an additional $20 since i used gel color. Towards the end of my manicure the owner plugs in her cell phone and begins a super loud conversation and is practically yelling in my face. We left there totally dissatisfied and will never never go there again.

Let's talk about how they change for Pedicures 20 bucks and do not clean your cuticles right. The service sucks. They damaged my real nails had to cut them off. Uneven shaped and the lady with the short hair acts like a manager and doesn't service your right.

I take my nails seriously. I have naturally long nails. They're healthy and strong. If you care about your nails, do not step foot into this establishment. If you like the look of unkept hands, make your way to Miracles. They've got just what you need. Recently, I started getting gel done at a nail salon downtown. Today, I got my regular mani done w/ my usual manicurist but had a change of heart (color) once I reached home. Home is Dyckman. I'd been given a flyer to a nail "spa" called "Miracles Nails Spa" in the area a few weeks ago but disregarded it because I've had one too many bad experiences at all types of businesses in this area, nail salons included. Unfortunately, it seems that customer service is nonexistent anywhere on Dyckman. Sidebar: There's nothing miraculous about this place. Actuallly, it's a miracle this place is still in business. From the outside, the salon LOOKS clean. It's roomy and fairly new. I thought nothing could go wrong but I was sadly mistaken. I don't think I even have to write a review. The photos of my manicure should suffice. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE ORDEAL OF DEALING WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They are completely unprofessional. I should have read the reviews before I stepped foot in this dump. 4 (now 5) out of the 7 reviews on this place are spot on. First, not a very warm welcome. After a bit of a wait, I was seated and that's when the nightmare began. My pedicure was so uncomfortable. The woman working on my feet was extremely rough. I had asked her for a square shape. This is easy and can be accomplished through filing. Also, it's not as if I have almond shaped toes. She proceeded to take one of her utensils and clipped the side of one of my nails with God knows what. It wasn't a nail clipper. Because she did this, all you could see was skin. Once I noticed, I pulled my feet away and told her that wasn't necessary. As previously mentioned, she was rough in the way she handled my feet. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. I don't have Shaquille O'Neal's toes and feet (Google it). There was no reason for her to be as rough as she was. Let me mention that I had gel on my toes. Instead of soaking my toes in acetone, she took an electric file to my toes. I haven't seen these since I used to apply acrylics back in high school. A few times she let the file hit my skin which hurt. Whenever I would wince or pull my foot away, she'd grab it back. She didn't bother to ask if I was okay or uncomfortable. Clearly, she was annoyed but these are my feet, boo. I'd like to leave this dump with them. When it came time to paint, she made a mess, getting polish all over my cuticles. It was that, or she'd leave an empty space on the nail where polish could still be applied. She tried to go back and fix it to no avail. IT'S BEEN A WEEK. THE POLISH IS CRACKING. THERE IS CHIPPING. THERE IS SMUDGING. THERE ARE BUBBLES. MY NAILS FEEL WEAK. THEY ARE BREAKING. THE EDGES ARE SHARP AND SO THEY ARE GETTING CAUGHT IN MY CLOTHING. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS. EVER. Next stop, the manicure table. They charged me $5 to soak off my gel. Not a problem. Again, she used an electric file. I was over it at this point. She gave me three coats which was completely unnecessary. She filed my nails down to a slippery slope. There was polish all on my cuticles. It was a mess. I kept correcting her on everything but either there was a language barrier or she did not give a damn. Once she was done, I got up and adjusted my dress before heading to the dryer. This woman starts yelling at me to watch what I'm doing and not mess up my nails. To which I replied, "I'm an adult. I know what I'm doing." This lady was acting like she just Pablo Picasso'd my nails. Ma'am, you did not just give me some intricate nail art complete with stones and glitter. You could barely color in the lines. I am not pressed to sit back in your chair. Moving on, when I went to the back to dry my nails, there were food crumbs under the dryers. They keep their food stored right by the nail dryers and I'm guessing they eat at the drying stations. They need to find another place to take their breaks. Also, I found the dryers faulty. I mentioned this to the woman who did my nails and she could care less or again, perhaps there was a language barrier. There was air coming out of one vent at full force while the other vent was not expelling much hair. I moved to another dryer, same thing. I stayed under this dryer for an hour exactly to ensure my nails would dry properly. When I got up, there were bubbles on my nails and as careful as I was it didn't take long before they started to smudge. On my way out, I mentioned how "awful" my nails looked to my "manicurist". No acknowledgement. Save your coins and your nails, sis. Don't come here.

I showed her an image and she did it exactly the same !

New and Improved Owners/ Customer Service ! Workers are very nice, polite and does a great job ! Jenny is my nail technician, her work is amazing she never disappoints me !

Her time is super flexible and she works on appointments which is amazing if you have a hectic work schedule. I've always been SUPER scared of waxing, but i love the whole sugar wax thing. It's def not as painful and the little pain there is lasts about 5 mins. Afterwards she uses tweezers and makes sure that everything is removed. She's also super friendly which makes it easier to lay there wide open. I will def be going back and dont plan on ever using a razor for that area. She seriously left me feeling like a super star...i just want to show it to everyone.

It is where I was introduced to Dazzle Dry (DD), my preferred nail polish system, and where I realized doing my nails can actually be relaxing. I really enjoy their intimate set up (only two nail stations) and the biggest pro for me...no acrylic/chemical smell. They also do hair, facials, waxing, and massages, though I haven't experienced these services. The Dazzle Dry manicure is $30 while the pedicure is a bit more at $65. The service is so meticulous and gentle, it takes a full two hours. Their technique is different than what I have experienced in the neighborhood and their service is consistent. It truly feels like you are getting pampered and my hands and feet look brand new everytime. Sava is such a treat and well worth the price. If you've never tried DD before, it's vegan and said to last two weeks without chipping. This is mostly true, but of course gel (which they recently started to also do!) is king when you are going to be super active and in water. DD is perfect for day to day, and Sava has an extensive collection of colors. The owner, Iwona, is a fantastic technician, as is Monika. Love them both, and catching up with them is always fun during my service. I look forward to continuing to support this lovely business and feel lucky to have them close for my nail care needs. Ps- Call in advance for an appointment, especially during the holidays. They are closed on Wednesdays! Pay in cash and save some coins.
