The person behind the desk was super friendly and made pleasant conversation. That was it. I filled out my little form, and sat in their well appointed waiting area for my appointment with Erin. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage because that's the type of massage I really wanted and it was off the wall awesome. Erin knew exactly how much pressure I needed at various areas we had talked about and checked in on me to make sure I was doing fine. (I was doing great!) The entire massage was deliberate and methodical and exactly what I was looking for. She worked out several knots and when my appointment was done I felt like a million bucks. I scheduled a longer session and plan on going back at least once a month. The space is clean, the music is relaxing, and everyone is very nice. It is difficult to find a massage therapist who will find the right balance between a Swedish massage (not enough) and deep tissue (too much), but Garrett found the right balance.
