First time visitor. After reading the Yelp reviews and rating, I gave them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. They have remedied many of the previous complaints. Table was soft, had a warmer, and felt cozy. Mia did an amazing job and there was no language barrier. She was professional and did a good job working on my problem areas. As an avid golfer, I have many sore muscles and she was able to focus on the areas with different techniques to improve their function. Sadly, this place was very underwhelming. There was a very hard table to lay on with a hole in the table for your face. I got one very thin sheet to cover up with and nothing to help keep you warm if you got cold, which I did. She finally brought in a towel for me to use because I was very cold. Most places I have been have table warmers to help you stay warm during the massage, should you need it. Unfortunately, I would not go back here for a second attempt to receive a hopeful good massage. read more

Kinda hard to find at first but a total gem. I am vacationing from California and woke up with the most stiff neck and shoulders my back was so angry with me. Texted and got a same day appointment for a 90 min massage with cupping. The price was super affordable. It was a bit rough to start only because I was so stiff the lady was super sweet and after doing cupping got a heating pad to place on my neck and shoulders to help with pain & help recovery. I had an incredible 2 hour Shiatsu/ Thai combination massage by Lee. I was so de-stressed at the end of the session I had to get a coffee to drive home. Lee is a gifted masseuse. I loved the combination of eastern & western massage . You fill out a form to customize your massage outlining specific areas that need extra work. Prices are very reasonable. Custom Massage has very clean and comfortable facilities. I believe Joyce is the owner and also a provider of massage therapy services. The first time I went to Custom Massage, I was suffering from sciatica. An urgent care facility that I had visited earlier suggested that some stretching and yoga poses could help me. They also said some that some places offered massage treatments to treat the problem. I called Custom Massage late that evening and was able to get an appointment the next day. I explained my ailment to Joyce and she knew exactly what to do. The therapy involved massage and quite a bit of stretching. It really helped. I have returned to the place with upper back and shoulder tightness from stress. Again Joyce adapted the session to work on the specific areas. I will return. They are licensed professionals which means the standards are followed with accuracy - not like foot spas that do not require licensing. I was having lower back muscle pain and got a same day appointment which was great. Richard did an awesome job with a deep tissue massage (which is an additional cost to the advertised price on their signs around town). He was able to work on all the right areas that needed it and it was amazing. However after I left the lady at the front desk called to say I didn't pay the right amount. I had used the Yelp coupon and she didn't want to accept how that works. So after a fantastic experience with Richard, it was not so good with the desk lady. Be careful using the Yelp Voucher!
