Never going back. I scheduled an appointment for me and my wife for happy feet for her birthday and they didn't have us in their books. They told us 15 mins but from previous experience I know that really meant 45 mins to an hour. Horrible experience twice here. Never going back. Arrived at 3:45 for a 4:00 appt and wasn't helped until 4:30. The owner was extremely rude when I asked how long the wait would be, saying that I could take my business elsewhere. I wish I had! I was seated at a table covered in polish chips and nail clippings. Some, but not all, was brushed on to the floor with a paper towel when the manicurist brought over tools on a dirty tray. When I asked if the tools were clean, she shrugged. SHRUGGED. Receive a manicure I could have done better myself; the manicurist picked at my cuticles until they bled, and gave me 4 coats of nail polish that took forever to dry. Meanwhile, one of my friends had her eyebrows waxed too thin for her liking and the waxer didn't even apologize, but instead said that she looked much better without those "bushes". Would NOT recommend Miracle Nails to my worst enemies. read more

I wanted to try to get an ANC manicure and a pedicure ... I have been trying ALL DAY LONG to call them to see if they have availability, and all I get is a BUSY SIGNAL. How are you supposed to get through to them??? Very frustrated. I have never been there before and - although highly recommended by a friend - this does not sit well with me. Brought my 5 year old daughter with me to get mani pedis before vacation. She got gel polish put on. They charged full price (the other places we've gone charge her half) and they didn't even stay on a full week. She gets the gel polish because it lasts longer then regular polish. Here, it lasted the same for 6 times the price. My acrylic nails look terrible. Bubbles on every single nail. The people who did our pedicures were very nice but the man who did my manicure was not. read more

Since moving to Troy 2 years ago. this has been my spot, after trying out a few others around town. Great service. Large clean salon. Typical prices as other nail salons, and usually they have coupons. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for any nail techs ( unusual to have to wait at all) - and always get a neck massage after. read more

I have always been happy with the services here. I always ask for Jimmy or Kitty for my acrylic fills and have never been disappointed with either one of them. Calm, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Relaxing spa music playing. Shoulder massage after every nail service. The employees don't talk to eachother in their own language while they're doing your nails, to make you feel like they're talking about you lol. Many TVs with closed captions to watch. Many employees and the wait is never too bad. Very large and clean. I really like it here. read more

Made an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes for anyone to even start my nails. One man sat down to start and then got up to do something else and never came back. They charge $35 for acrylics (most places are $25). When I finally finished my nails, I was supposed to have a 2 minute neck massage but it only lasted 10 seconds and he ripped hair out of my head. They did an "Okay" job on my nails (ANC). I got there about 45 minutes to closing and that may have been a factor. The inside was nice. Pretty decent customer service. The reason why I rated it a 3 is because I asked my nail technician to add a extra layer of ANC because I break my nails easily and she refused to do so. Adding a extra layer is something I normally do and I asked her to do it more then once but she adamantly refused. My nail broke the following day. I'd still go back just maybe someone different next time. read more

Need to hire better staff and train to recognize that with great service brings a great tip. The person doing my mani/pedi was very rough and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They proceeded to make jokes at my expense with other staff and got upset when I gave a small tip. With the service I received I should not have given a tip at all. Had the nerve to be upset and act out on it. News flash...treat your customers well for return business. Funny thing how word of mouth reviews travel fast! read more
