Unfortunately, the color could not be corrected without causing further damage, and 6.5 inches of my daughter's hair had to be cut off. I contacted the manager about the situation, and ultimately I ended up spending $700 total to have my daughter's hair corrected. I was incredibly disappointed that we not only had to spend that much money to fix the original service, but my daughter also lost 6.5 inches of her hair because the color could not be fixed. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected the salon to acknowledge the problem and take responsibility for the outcome. Instead, I was left feeling like the orange color was considered acceptable when it clearly was not what we wanted. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on our experience. The amount of money, stress, and the loss of my daughter's hair was extremely upsetting.
