They also had a video option that we are extremely happy about purchasing. Our guests were able to leave 10 second congratulations messages....Some of the videos got a little weird at the end as the more our friends and family drank, but it was all in good fun. They put a photo book together for us and put the video on DVD. Our pictures were also viewable on line the next day! These guys were great, and I would recommend them to anybody.

This review is only about GILT Photo Booths' customer service and communication for the months and…read moreweeks leading up to our wedding, due to the fact they cancelled a few days before the wedding. Their professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. The initial meeting to review the contract, make a payment, answer any questions, their representative was a no-show. We did not receive a call until two days after the initial meeting. The second meeting went well enough. We paid in full, provided our contact info, as well as information about the reception. Months went by with no needed communication, until we decided to change the venue at which point we provided them with the change of venue information. One month prior to the day of the wedding, we attempted to contact GILT about meeting at the new venue. In both a phone message and email we provided them the time and place of the meeting. Once again, their representative was a no-show. Again, a few days after that meeting we received a phone call, this time with no voice mail. The weeks leading up to the wedding day we attempted several times to contact GILT, with no response. Emails were unanswered and phone calls were not returned. Mind you we had paid in full. A week and a half before the wedding we managed to contact GILT. We were told at this time the individual we met and signed the contract with, who was supposed to work the booth, was going to be on vacation during the wedding. When we asked if we could get the name and a way to contact the person who would be working the booth, we were given an email address that wouldn't go through, and the same number that never picked up or returned calls. When we finally did get a hold of GILT, their representative was confused as to why we were unhappy. Then it gets even better. Six days before the wedding we received a call from GILT stating there was an incident at a wedding where a drink was spilled and their equipment shorted out. They were going to have "someone" look at their equipment and let us know the next day. It wasn't until late the next night (4 days before the wedding) we received an email, not a phone call, stating their machine would take a few weeks to fix and they are unable to be at our reception and to send them our information for a refund. The only timely thing we did receive from GILT was a refund. I would sum up our experience with GILT as inexcusably sketchy. With all of the excuses/reasons and the lack of initiative to ease our concerns, we were left feeling completely dissatisfied. We would not recommend GILT Photo Booth for any event. However if you do decide to use GILT, I hope our experience was a one-time fluke and your experience is much better than ours.

We had numerous phone calls and he made sure that he fully understood my needs for the wedding. On wedding day, we experienced a few technical difficulties with the speaker system. I'm not sure if these could have been avoided, but Paul sincerely apologized and offered to refund me what I had paid. It is very apparent that Paul truly cares about his customers and puts them first. I would work with him in the future.

A member of our extended family had worked with them for their son's wedding a few years back and tipped us off to using them. Vivek Flowers stocks an extensive variety of Indian floral goods as well as leaves, garlands, trinkets and other goods used in Indian weddings and other cultural and religious ceremonies. We mainly wanted jasmine flowers to start with since one of us had grown up with them, and we were able to use those flowers as well as others to decorate a Mehndi event. We also let people attending the wedding put the jasmine in their hair as is traditional in South India among women. The fact that Vivek Flowers both stocks every variety of jasmine, lotus and other flowers and even has the jasmine already strung together with threading was very convenient and saved us many hours during a busy wedding weekend. We would highly recommend them particularly to couples doing any kind of wedding looking for Indian flowers and other accessories.

Of course, often the talent cannot get paid until the client from the job has paid Redmink and, let's face it, there are some deadbeat clients out there (No matter how big the corporation you're working for is) who don't promptly pay their bills. That said, Redmink does stay in touch with their talent to let them know the status of when payment is made, and the they're always happy to talk to talent about the money situation if the talent will just contact them first. JPP was one of the easiest vendors to work with, reliable, and professional. During the months leading up to the wedding we worked on our playlists using Spotify. We had a playlist for pre-ceremony, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We also selected special songs (some with specific start times) for things like newlywed introductions and cake cutting. We initially emailed with Jeff, who always responded promptly. A couple weeks before the wedding, we got the email from JPP to fill in their document with our song details and from then on we communicated with Miguel over phone and text. We texted Miguel with last minute changes, which he confirmed promptly and executed perfectly on the wedding day. The speaker and mic set ups (indoor and outdoor) provided wonderful sound quality and never was there a bad squeak.
