Sorry, other hearing aid doctors, but Dr. Hill is, hands down, the best one in town. Hard to believe it, but Dr. Hill and Dr. Raycheck really changed my life! Not only I saved thousands(at least 3-4 K) of dollars with Dr. Hill; my hearing is now the best it has ever been, and I even got so much confidence that I ended up getting a childhood dream job(which relies a lot on my hearing)! Everybody at their office is super sweet, and both Dr. Hill and Dr. Raycheck are astonishingly competent, erudite, up to date with all the newest technologies, also very sweet, caring and understanding. I always had a hard time explaining what I was experiencing with my hearing aid and its different settings, but Dr. Hill knew just the right words for my symptoms. I previously worked here and the only positive at this…read morefacility was 1 person in the corporate office who took care of AR and the most recent previous facility. This facility just hires anybody and these individuals do not wear proper PPE unless they are notified that State is in the building, residents are yelled at and call lights ignored and the only activities are bingo and tv/movies. The only good thing about this building is that it is a newer building. There are no real processes in the business office, the report for the business office has never worked in a facility and has NO CLUE. I've emailed the owner a few times with changes that could make reporting, account reconciliation and census better to be turned downed with a "DO WHAT I ASK!" Okay....it was done how you asked. When questions are asked about resident trust funds not reconciling and this was an issue brought forward my 1st week was ignored, residents having over $10,000 credits that the facility WILL NOT PAY back to the resident, you have a Human Resource director that has made racist comments to me regarding my race and professional demeanor & single mothers and managers who have respector of person and care more about not working or gossiping about other employees and residents and their families or a new administrator who was said to have stolen a large amount of cash from her last employer in Cincinnati, OH instead of making sure that every voice is heard and you have proper details of who is managing each department & issues had is problem. The best thing that you can do is remove your loved one from this facility. Many of the nursing facilities since COVID could care less about your loved one- they care about the profit. This owner does not even care for her employees to provide affrodable health coverage, 401k nor LT or ST disability. What a shame. The owner needs to retire. I left this employer due to horrible care/abuse to residents, horrible/expensive benefits, people being shown favoritism, new administrator and her past, the facility having no real policies and procedures and no concern for issues brought to them regarding business office issues/concerns. Due to this experience, I will NEVER work for another facility again. This building needs to be shut down as the previous. I have brought my degrees, honesty, accountability and experience to this facility and what do I get...a call after I quit about money and the new administrator trying to assume that I took money from them. Better yet, she had someone else call me. So much professionalism I could continue to rave about it. In this company and facility, they are always looking for someone to blame. I am not to blame for any of your facilities issues and inconsistencies.

Let me tell you, this place is not only professional and easy to work with, they are absolutely one of the best at communicating with patients. They called to confirm my appointment, when I arrived they took me through all of the steps as a new patient, and they didn't make me feel like just another body to get through. If you get the choice, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Hoffman. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he takes the time to check through your previous records, ask you questions about your health, and offers reasons why your health is good, and suggests what you can do to stay healthy. The nurse was also awesome. LeAnn was profession and friendly. She took blood and was seriously so gentle. I was very comfortable and the wait times were not long. Total, I spent about 45 minutes in the office, from arrival to departure. If you are looking for a new primary care physician, definitely check them out!
