I was very pleased with my visit to Miracle-Ear Longview. Erin was super sweet with helping me setup my appointment and made me feel very welcomed when I arrived by offering me coffee and carrying on a conversation with me until Paxton was available. My appointment was back-to-back with another appointment and Erin helped ensure I was able to make my next appointment. Paxton was very kind, helped explain everything I would be experiencing regarding the procedure, made sure I left with all of my questions answered, and completed my appointment a few minutes early. I would gladly recommend Miracle-Ear Longview to anyone needing hearing related services! read more

In particular, my experience with Ms. Ashlea Coleman left me feeling misled. As a single parent who was already struggling financially, I trusted the recommendations I was given, but I later felt that I was encouraged to purchase something that was not the right fit for my needs. I would encourage anyone considering this company to get a second or even third opinion before making a decision. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure you're choosing what is truly best for you. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company.

I really felt like we would get some answers about my recent stroke (or whatever it was). She scheduled me to come back in a couple weeks to have an EEG (brain scan kind of thing) done. This would be my second visit. I was told to only get 3 hours of sleep last night and be at the office at 8:20 this morning. I was called right back. I do not know the young lady's name who ran the test but I will edit this as soon as I find out. It's kind of a long process with the head mapping and putting all the little metal discs all over your head, etc. but I wrote all this to say that at 52 years old and countless doctors and specialists I've had to go to thorough the years, THIS day was the best day in a doctor's office. Just chatting with her about whatever we felt like. Lol. It was like being at the beauty shop. She was so great. She is definitely doing a job she loves and loves people. I wish everyone working in the medical field one on one with patients were that much of a joy to be around.
