I recommend him highly. He's very knowledgeable. He can explain to you how the hearing aids work how to clean them and what not to do he sent me home with supplies so I could do it myself. I bought my hearing aids from another supplier. Had I known Ken Martin was so good. I would've bought them from him live and learn you get what you pay for
