They called me to confirm appt and informed me they had contacted the insurance and got prior authorization ($3500 spending limit). The deductibles had all been met for 2021, but start over tomorrow, so this was a complete waste of time, energy, and I'm out, without new hearing aids. I drove 27 miles to this appointment. I was assured prior authorizations had been met. This company lied to me. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. I would give them a ZERO rating.
