2.8 stars is embarrassing but well deserved. What a bunch of incompetent employees. We were sent…read morehere by asurion to look at our television that was still under warranty. Asurion sent the parts that they thought would repair to this store. The store called us to tell us part arrived and we made an appointment. We show up for the appointment and had to wait through 2 other walkins (why even make an appointment?) so about 45 minutes of waiting later, we check in. The guy (I think it was Ryan) says "oh I thought that was your television in the back. My husband tells him the parts were sent for the tv, he disappeared to the back to check and then returns to tell us that the parts they sent were used on the other guys television and oops looks like they only sent one set of parts! Oh but don't worry, the parts didn't work on their television so we will try them on yours and get back to you, should take about 4 hours. We called on Sunday (2 days later as they never bothered to call with an update) and they said they had to get other parts to fix - eta Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell us the parts didn't work and the company was sending a new TV. We returned today to pick up the stand for our broken tv and once again, walked in, guy with dark hair blonde bangs didn't even acknowledge we were there - he was helping someone else. 30 minutes later, he overhears me saying to my husband that this is ridiculous and he finally acknowledges us; and oh now he's going to pause helping person one to see what we were there for. Guy in the back, Travis, didn't even come up to help as now there was 2 additional people behind us. This place is a joke.

So disappointed in this small business because I really wanted to have a good experience with them…read morebut sadly I didn't. My experience started off promising but went downhill from there. I took in my Apple MacBook Pro with a cracked screen. A blind man could clearly see the screen was cracked so no issue there. Fast forward three days later and they do not have the part, do not have the ability to get the part and can't fix the laptop. Fine, I'll come pick it up. They want to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee for something they DID NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO FIX! Even the receipt says $0 diagnostic fee! I attached my receipt where it clearly says $0 so how they believe that I am going to let them get away with cheating me out of $75 is baffling. They bait you in with a guaranteed repair and when they can't deliver by no fault of yours they try to keep $75. He offered to reduce it to.$50. Um $50 for what sir? You lied and then did nothing. $50 for a lie, is that how much lies cost now? I'm disputing the charge with my bank and don't buy into whatever response this company makes regarding my review. They scammed me so they have to try to save face but believe nothing they say. RUN RUN FAR AWAY from Tech Fix or your hard earned money and your vulnerabilities will be taken advantage of.
