I have went to two other studios one in Berkeley that specializes in sugaring and the other in rock ridge that has two other locations and both spas are around if night hire pricing as nude salon. Timing and distance is the only reason I went to another salon. One was so uncomfortable and the lady was extremely rude the second place the lady after I told her twice burnt me. With this being said I will not go anywhere else but with Katie. I live in el cerrito so it is a drive and with traffic can take over an hr but she is so worth it. Her space is always clean the having slight ice this puts me at ease. The wax is always top quality and never once over a dozen times too hot or caused any irritation. She is also extremely kind and works at a speed I don't feel rushed but it is fast I can get in and out writhing 30 min if I don't chat her ear off too much. Her booking system is easy but I find it best to reschedule ahead to get my desired appointment she books out. If you are new to waxing or a seasoned waxed looking for a fabulous wax Katie is your girl. I appreciate her making a service that can be scary and painful as painless as possible. I always feel so much more confident and grateful after my wax session. Don't walk run to make your apt. Alexandra

I've been here twice for a Brazilian, and while there are definitely some positives, my overall…read moreexperience hasn't quite met my expectations. The space is really beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are kind--I appreciated being greeted right when I walked in. That said, both times I've visited, I did end up waiting a bit past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. The services themselves felt a bit rushed, and I didn't get the same level of attention to detail I've experienced at other places. I also noticed that the wax residue wasn't fully cleaned off afterward, which I personally prefer as part of the service. Lastly, there were a few areas that felt slightly incomplete, so I didn't leave feeling 100% satisfied with the results. Because of these issues, I don't think I'll be returning.

Professionalism and customer comfort are important in this type of business, and my experience did not reflect that at all. I scheduled a simple eyelash treatment and I was surprised by how uncomfortable the experience became before the service even started The customer interaction felt like an interrogation with repeated questioning, strange. Not sure why it had to be that way as getting simple eyelashes should be a Chill and fun experience . This not brain surgery, it's eyelashes why make it weird and confrontational. Walnut Creek has a lot of excellent Lash business to choose from Jenibrows beauty, The lash lounge, Joli Beautiful, The lash empire in Alamo and X Eye spy lash salon.
