We stumbled upon this cafe' totally by chance while strolling through Turin's city center. I got really curious about it, as Bauli is known in Italy for its pandoro[1], which is a traditional Christmas sweet with a long history made with leavened and baked dough, and I had no idea they also have cafes!
This is a pretty classy cafe', which serves a variety of coffees and cappuccino. What makes it stand apart, though, is the minuto. I've never heard of a minuto before, but it is basically a mini-pandoro dough freshly baked and filled on the spot. You can pick a filling such as pistachio cream, hazelnut, custard cream, jam, zabaione and dark chocolate, and you can add hazelnut or pistachio on top for added crunch.
Simple and delicious.
