Hired Andrew to repaint my front porch and back porch. Also, I needed him to fix the front porch railing. One side had corroded so he said he could weld it. He did my porches and welded and painted the railing. He did a really good job and it looks a lot better! The railing is sturdy and looks so much better! He's a nice young man and was more than willing to touch up or do whatever I asked. I appreciated that. He's very reasonable too. read more

Andrew is very kind and helpful! He came about 30 min earlier with all his tools. Truly appreciate him taking the time to come out on a Sunday to assist with a dry wall project. However, I feel a couple things 1. he maybe wasn't to knowledgeable about the dry wall procedures because it took almost 7 hours for 2 small sections. It still came out bumpy and not straight cut, not as nice as I expected that's why I had to take 1 star off, 2. I felt he was messy, he painted a lot of our laundry pipes with paint! I had to get in there and start repainting to fix whatever was salvageable. Nonetheless he was patient and finished the work like he said he would, prices were reasonable. If you are looking for an unreliable, unaccountable, attitude driven, not answering phone calls, not providing receipt, no insurance, half ass job, unprofessional job, this guy will your choice. He doesn't keep his appointment time. Exec uses; like typical flat tires, other jobs got delayed (if any), dogs got sick...etc. I highly recommend look for a reliable lidgit hady man. I asked him to install a bait tank with picture showing where to install, he f**** up my $2600 tank by putting wrong holes, misaligned, Jerry sighed with silicone. He didn't even bother to put any sealant on the hose fitting connection. He didn't even put the hose all the way in and clamped down hard to bent the plastic fitting. He won't keep his word on time he would show up to fix his mistakes. Worst experience ever!!! I have to patch up the hole myself! He even used none-stainless steel( he was given stainless, screws to put in) screws which broke off when tried to take it off! No pilot hole was drilled. I would love to sue this guy but too much waste of my time. I hope you won't have to go through what I went trough with this guy. Total piece of shit. I was contacted by Andrew very soon after I requested a quote. He was available to come the very next day. He was considerate of my time, and gave me an estimate of how long the work would take. He charged an hourly rate, but in other cases, he could charge by the job. I needed some cracks sealed in my foundation and in some stone planters. Most important was that I had large water bugs getting in the house, which the exterminator was not able to resolve, despite spraying and setting out sticky traps. Andrew used a very systematic approach and was very good at troubleshooting. I had told him that I had seen the bugs coming into the kitchen from under the dishwasher. He pulled the dishwasher forward to look for leaks. He placed a bleach and water solution inside the bottom filter to kill any existing bugs inside. He then found large openings on either side of the cabinets along the floor, and closed those off. He also caulked around the inside of the cabinet under the kitchen sink, and along the floor in front of it. He even repaired the molding when he found it was loose. Andrew was very conscientious, courteous and thorough. I felt that he really wanted to help me, and I would certainly call on him again. read more

Andrew the handyman came out to remove my wooden shelf and pole in my closet and was supposed to come back a week later as I had to order the parts, the metal racks to install in my closet. Even at that it was a patchy jobs. All the holes weren't completely covered and the paint needed to be sanded down for as some spots look uneven and gritty looking. Today he calls in the morning to confirm the time at 1pm and when the time came he never showed and texted me shortly after saying he was stuck in traffic amd never showed up. I am utterly disappointed and angry as I had to adjust my whole day schedule for this shelf installment that never happened. Completely unprofessional, I highly don't recommend. Ruined my day. **Update Andrew finally came through nearly 5 hours later. Did a decent job but still had poor communication. He had car issues. I would have appreciated if that was communicated to me and we could have rescheduled for later in the evening. I ended up losing a lot of time on errands that needed to be done. Plus it's really hard when you have two little ones, pinched on time, and have to schedule things accordingly. And his preparation, sometimes didn't have all the tools he needed. I suggest bringing along tools and batteries for his tools that he may anticipate needing. I hope that in the future he comes better prepared. Other than that, he's a real nice guy. read more
