It is a business you can trust. They help with everything and make their best to have everything on time, even when the deadlines are short.

It's like they disappearance a thin air. It's always in the same Secaucus Meadowlands facility that they get lost. So this is the main hub in New Jersey and I got the phone number from UPS, corporate offices and the call Center and she's wondering how I'm getting in touch with her mind. It's very simple. They do a terrible job and her Customer Service is absolutely horrendous and she's telling me that she is the supervisor but she's hung up on me. I gave up on the first package, but then they lost a second one within a month time. So I had to call back. I'm asking her what happens to my packages and she makes up certain scenarios. She acts like she's helping and she's getting Security involved, but you never hear back from her and every time you call back she has something new to say without saying anything.. She's telling me that you're not allowed to ship juice or soda or any liquid without a special certificate or permit but then when I go on the UPS website, it shows that you are indeed allowed to ship it as long as you properly seal it. Then she says that UPS store is not UPS store it's a franchise and I'm like well. It's not McDonald's or Burger King so it's still under UPS. She says that they will not talk to us so I need to talk to the store that shits my product even though that store is in New York, but the last scan is saying New Jersey. Then she states that what I'm seeing with the last scans is not accurate . " she is stating that it's logical which I have no idea what that means as a consumer but she's basically saying that what I'm saying is not true and I need to talk to the store that I sent it from. She apparently sees things on her end that are not actually there because I'm seeing different stuff on my end . I keep on asking her. What is the resolution? Where is my stuff and if anyone could try to locate it because I don't necessarily want to claim money and she says again, a lot of nothing. She's condescending but tries to do it in a professional way and I could see that she's probably very overwhelmed as I hear this is the biggest hub. We're most international deliveries and packages go through, but doesn't give them a right to lose my package. I ship about 5 to 10 shipments a week and now I'm gonna have to use FedEx because this is completely unacceptable . I've asked her multiple times how I could speak to someone higher up because of how unacceptable this is and that the directors of operations need to know that they're constantly losing packages and now they're gonna lose money so I would love for someone to reach out to me to discuss this because unfortunately Debbie the supervisor in Meadowlands, New Jersey has no idea what's going on . She has told me to reach out to Corprate and tell them her name. Mine knew these people are from all different countries and have no idea what's going on either. I do understand that there's hundreds of thousands of packages that go out every week but we shouldn't be treated like just a number. I'm looking for someone to contact me to help resolve these issues with two of my missing packages .

Now it's hard and awkward to go to the store to ship things whenever I need or process my returns. Be careful from this happening to you as it's extremely unprofessional and if he asks you out keep in mind I went down that path and it was the biggest mistake of my life. The one guy (Dion) who works there is a completely big sweetheart who's professional and respectful so i recommend him always. He's also an extremely good and fast helper.

Upon arriving at the address listed on Yelp and their website (which is a multi occupancy office building) - the doors were locked with a nondescript intercom system. I called them to try to figure out how to get in. Nobody picked up, but the message proclaimed that they were 'open and operating but couldn't get to the phone.' I wandered around a bit more and found the REAL entrance, located at 520 8th Avenue. I went to check in at the security desk as required, and was turned away by the security guard because apparently, they are appointment-only. That seems odd for a supposedly 24 hour establishment. I did not see this on the website, nor was it mentioned in their phone message. Long story short, wasted so much time going to this place, trying to get in, trying to get a hold of them, trying to get past security, and with nothing to show for it. Will not be trying this business again.

They have FAR exceeded expectations. They're always on time or early, they have handled all our requests with professionalism and good humor, and the staff is THE NICEST I've dealt with in a while. I have countless examples of them going above and beyond! I can't recommend them any higher.
