Not sure but ColorHaus has unlocked the key to providing all four pillars of what is necessary for a service like this to get 5 stars and they are delivering it on all fronts. I had to print 100 flyers last minute SAME DAY so I turned to Yelp for help and found ColorHaus. I was desperate so I put in an order online and called immediately after I sent it in to see if I could get the flyers asap. They turned them around in 4 hours and called me as soon as they were ready. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

Keep this in mind: Better than fedex print Better than wallgreens for printing photos Way better than office depot self service copy machines Other companies said it would be 48 hr's to place an order, I got what I needed done the same day, it was a very small one print on card stock, so keep that in mind. But still, they were happy to help me out, and that makes a big difference. Also... check this out... I got a print on 160 lb card stock, try to get that done at the other places mentioned above, nope! I did a print somewhere else and it was just flimsy. This feels like a real card, quality. Also, the guy today took the time to make adjustments for me, my image was too low resolution (embarrassing, it should have been ready to print, and it was the wrong size too!). This place makes me want to come back. Every time they help me out. Come show them some love, and get something printed. I got nervous trying to explain what I was picking up and he snapped at me again while simultaneously treating me like I was dumb and a waste of his time. Also, the pricing quote I was given was wrong and he treated me like an idiot for that too. Looking through reviews, I see he's been a problem for years so I don't understand how a business would retain an employee that rude and mean.

I needed a a digital file from surveyors printed to a large sheet, 3'x4'. Most people don't have…read morethat size printer at home. The shop easily did it from the AutoCAD file for a reasonable price. (If you have a survey done, get the files, and know how to get them from the surveyor again if you loose your copy) I used to go through convolutions at Kinko's to do it, but it is very difficult even if you bring your own software on your laptop, or even convert it to a .pdf before hand. Installing the Kinko's printing software on your own machine is a nightmare now, especially getting it off afterwards. This shop is the pro shop, and the staff is helpful to non-pros, and interactive at proposing solutions for large format printing.
