If they aren't able to do a job they let me know right away (it's usually turnaround time with my crazy rush projects). I love the cordialness and jokes from these Gents. They are also very knowledgeable with the Apps for the jobs I send, if there is a mistake Sir Patrick has no issue opening my file and fixing it (but I rarely have this issue).
