While waiting, we took the round trip 1880 Train out of Hill City to Keystone! Enjoyed the ride. Got the call from Scott that he'd sorted out the problem! Walked back from train to shop, and picked up a running vehicle. Made it to the Badlands by 8pm - able to keep our itinerary. J-Rafter Ranch RV were kind enough to accommodate us by leaving the trailer at our site, and not charging us extra. Grateful for the top-notch service all around, and we made the best of the day!

He is one of the most honest and hard working mechanics I have ever met. I didn't realize it until I got the bill but he came in under his estimate and passed those savings to us (several hundred dollars). He kept me informed on the progress and showed and explained all the repairs that needed to be done. I wish he was closer to my home, I would use him for all my auto repairs. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van.
