The representative was rude, unprofessional, and completely indifferent to my needs. I suspect that since all of my relevant information was in front of the representative, my poor treatment was likely due to the organization's culture toward people of color. I called to schedule a heart procedure. The representative kept me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and only offered an appointment more than three months away. Call me crazy, but a heart procedure is serious and should be scheduled within less than three months. When I asked for her name, she gave it and then abruptly hung up. I called back to speak with her supervisor, but I was placed directly on hold. This happened three times. On the fourth try, I finally spoke with a new representative, but when I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was placed on hold for more than five minutes. When the representative returned, I was told the supervisor was too busy but would try to reach out the next day. I contacted the ombudsman, but they weren't much help either. I was given the runaround. Bottom line: be very cautious of Sutter Health. It seems that the organization's culture prioritizes revenue from monthly premiums over genuine patient care, especially for patients of color.

The front desk person was professional, attentive, and friendly. The location is convenient with easy access to the freeways as well as other stores. I arrived shortly after they opened on a weekday and was fortunate to be seen within a few minutes. The medical assistant and the physician assistant were both wonderful. It was a relief to be treated with such care and consideration. I also appreciated how they took the time to listen to me as well as explain what they could and could not do. They did not rush which made me feel more comfortable being in their care. When I arrived, I could not hear out of one ear and the other ear was slightly clogged. They clearly communicated what they were going to do beforehand and also what I could expect. They were gentle in evaluating my ears and irrigating them. They knew I had just been to the doctor the previous day and had a painful experience resulting in inflammation in one ear. I appreciated their empathy. I would highly recommend this urgent care!

I've read some of the reviews and some of the complaints are not valid due to the office wouldn't know the care you want unless you state it all before coming. VA tends to refer people places not knowing the establishment can't take them and it's not the establishment's fault. I once worked for the VA as a supervisor. I feel the one stars are unfair

Care was OK, but I felt I had to ask for getting a medication and X-ray!

No answer whatsoever. Goes to a voicemail with no greeting or statement of business name. Clinic's website is inactive so nothing to look at for reference. Went ahead and booked the same-day appointment on Solv as instructed. Arrived to the clinic at 4:30pm for my 4:37pm appointment (confirmed via Solv/text) and the door was locked, no staff in the office, outside open sign blinking, signage on the outside void of hours of operation and contact information, attempted again to call numerous times with no response. Waited till 5pm with no call-back/service/greeting. Had to borrow transportation for the day to ultimately end up wasting my time. Much to my dismay, I was informed the clinic had "no doctors" and wouldn't until mid-January. Since then (now late-January), I have noticed they are closing early every day and/or not opening at all. Until they are truly prepared to provide urgent care medical services, patients should stay away! 02/02/2019 UPDATE: 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and they are closed. Take a look at the photo I've attached. It says they are open 7 days a week, 9am to 9pm. What is going on???

So far, I've had a great experience at this location. I like that this location has everything in one place- you check in as soon as you walk in and they direct you to the right spot for your appointment. Even the bloodwork and labs can be done here so I'm not being sent off to another lab at some new to me location. I've been in for a few appointments so far and between the online information and front desk it's been a breeze to check in and proceed to my appointment. Each of my visits to medical professionals have been efficient, friendly, and have been low stress. Even planning appointments (though sometimes it takes some time) has been easy so far. I've been happy visiting this location and seeing the doctors here. One thing to note, the parking can fill up and you'll want to be careful in the lot as it's busy with cars and people.

More recently I started to see a dermatologist. First visit was very quick, glanced at my face and gave some care instructions. Things worsened and I felt the doc wasn't doing much examining rather than just prescribing creams and meds. Already not feeling confident with her, this last visit(or no visit) led me to terminate care with her. Appointments are not only hard to get, our personal schedules are also busy. I waited close to 2 months for this appointment. It was an early one at 7:30am. I live out of town, there is traffic, I tried calling twice while I was on the road. No answer. In the photo is my dash cam that captures my arrival at 7:35am I checked in and glanced at the time, it said 7:37am. I took a seat and was called back up moments later to be told that the doctor would not see me because of my 7 minutes late arrival... & to be completely honest based on my previous experiences with this doc she probably would've spent less than 7 minutes looking at my skin anyway. I was livid. Also, how many times have we all arrived for an appointment ON TIME and had to wait way more than seven minutes to be seen because our DOCTOR is running behind?! The double standard is wild. These are personal things, but I had been traveling for work all week. I was exhausted but knew I needed to make it. It was an early morning appointment. I drove a pretty long way. My visit wasn't anything intricate. I was SHOCKED. In complete disbelief. I think I'd understand if maybe I was 15+ minutes late. Or perhaps consistently late for every appointment but SEVEN minutes late one time & turned away. Not like I didn't take time away from work, or sacrificed sleep, or drove 30+ minutes to get there. Life happens and she should just be a little more considerate of that. Especially in a space where we go for "care." I have had nothing but great experiences here until my dermatology visits with Dr Nguyen. I'm going to start seeing someone new at a different clinic, hoping I will have a better experience.

The doctors I've spoken with on the telehealth appointments have been really thorough and took their time with me, asked questions and provided advice. Also the phone system picks up quickly whereas at Wellspace it took forever to get through or to get any sort of appointments. Over the past several years: * My original provider, Dr. Tanya, left the practice. * My subsequent provider went on leave. * I have been waiting over a year and a half to enroll in a PTSD class; a manager previously promised assistance but has been on leave, with no further follow-up. More recently, I have been ill for over 3.5 weeks. On March 9th , I called the call center as instructed to report I would be late for my appointment and to request a telephone visit. The representative advised me to go to urgent care instead. Upon arriving at urgent care, I spoke with a manager who apologized and stated the call center should have immediately messaged the clinic on my behalf. The clinic staff were very helpful and kind. The supervisor assured me a doctor would call me back that day due to the severity of my symptoms. No call occurred. When I followed up with the call center and requested to speak to a supervisor, I was connected to Aundrea. During this call: * She was argumentative and unprofessional. * She showed no compassion despite my explaining my ongoing illness and recent urgent care visit (where providers suggested possible cancer or thyroid issues, though ER tests later ruled this out). * She referenced a phone interaction from over 2 years ago, treated me as problematic, spoke dismissively, and refused to assist. * She declined to contact the clinic or help resolve the issue. I requested the earliest available appointment with my provider, Dr. Ngyuin (or current assigned provider), and asked for clarification on their status/availability. I also noted prior issues, including a rushed March 2 telephone appointment where the doctor only addressed allergies, refused other concerns, promised a follow-up call that never happened, and required me to reschedule independently (which a helpful representative did for March 9). Despite these requests, I received no further communication from the clinic or doctor as promised. Due to worsening symptoms, I went to the emergency room, where testing confirmed a serious infection (including giardiasis) and a nasty virus. I was very ill and required treatment. My primary concerns are: 1. Repeated failure to follow through on promises (e.g., doctor callback, PTSD class enrollment assistance). 2. Unprofessional, dismissive, and argumentative behavior by call center supervisor Aundrea, which made me feel disrespected and discouraged from seeking care. 3. Overall barriers to timely access, provider continuity, and compassionate service--particularly challenging as a Medi-Cal patient. I hope this can be investigated, including coaching or review for the call center supervisor, improved follow-up processes, and resolution of my pending appointments/classes. I would appreciate a prompt response and confirmation of next steps.
