Staff was better than the west Sacramento location, arrived early and still spent hours waiting for a physical as people came and went regularly that arrived after me. They don't accept appointments and there is little to no communication from staff. The staff is at least friendly unlike the West Sacramento location which has extremely rude staff. I got hurt at work was sent to Concentra in Natomas. I had a walk in and that went ok. I had to come back for a fallow up appointment. My appointment was at 4pm. I checked in at 3:40. They called me to come in to do my vitals but the machine to check my blood pressure wasn't working and they didn't have an open room for me so they sent me back out to the waiting room. Finally called me back in at 4:30 and put me in a room. As the assistant left the room she informed me that I am the last appointment today and there are 9 people in rooms ahead of me. Why even have and appointment. This is ridiculous. I had to come here in 2024 for a torn maniscus. It was the same way. I wish we could just go see our own doctor's. Concentra sucks. read more

The worst pre-employment place to visit. For the last 6 months I had three job and I had this location 3 time, each time I'm available the front guy would say there is a cut off time. Pre employment visits is cut off at 4:00PM Pre physical visits is cut off at 12:PM Pre Employment drug test 4:30PM Pre Employment screening 3:30PM Please just shut down and cut off all your wages, there is no point to open at 8-5pm. There's one guy here with good customer service experience during every interaction I seen. However this company should be put out of business, because they're super under staffed for clinicians, and so many medical assistants. I came here for a physical, and started at 9:25 and its been well over 2 hrs and im still waiting. The guy previously mentioned did offer snacks and water for the wait, but I would rather they just move a little faster or at least hire a clinician or two. This place is honestly lacking and should be under new management and staffing here's why: 1) if you have an appointment you'd have to be lucky to be seen within the hour, the wait time ended up being about 2 1/2 hours past the appointment (long wait time for an appointment not a walk in) that was just us, others had been waiting longer with appointment (maybe 4 or 5 hours past their appointment). 2) they definitely overbooked as they had to turn people for walk in's away, while I don't know if that's a common occurrence it sure was definitely concerning as it shows they can't run this place well enough to avoid that issue. 3) because the care quality is lacking, they rush you and don't listen to what you have to say. there's other Concentra places that have better care and service than this place so it's not the business overall. the staff doesn't really seem to care nor does their management. if they don't care about actually listening to their patients and not giving them a chance to respond and voice their concern about the pain they're experiencing then why become a doctor in the first place. if you end up having to only have this place as in option bring a very well charged phone or something to do and have nothing going on that day. pray that you don't end up at this concentra. read more

Dear lord. This place, which is in a strip mall, gave the absolute worst "medical care" that I've ever received in all 46 of my years on Earth. They had no idea who my insurance company was. (Farmer's) Couldn't find them or their information after 30+ minutes. This is for a work related injury, so I simply ended up giving them my employer's info, which I assume they'll send some bill to? lol They had no clue what was going on. After spending 1.5 hours waiting, the Doctor spent a whopping 4 minutes with me before he decided that I had some sort of sprain as opposed to a muscle or tendon tear (which my primary care doctor already stated was very likely the issue), and refused outright to do an MRI. This place is like a McDonald's drive through window. He suggested "Physical therapy" to cure what ails me, and guess what they specialize in and sell here? Well all be, it's PHYSICAL THERAPY! I asked the Doctor about this conflict of interest, and he seemed irritated and stated that they DO NOT specialize in physical therapy. When he walked me up to the follow up area, I asked the nurse if they specialize in physical therapy, and she enthusiastically stated "Yeah! That's mostly what we do here." Then they slated me up with no less than 8 physical therapy sessions without asking for feedback of any sort, nor tested my injury to see if I could actually bare weight on it or anything of the sort. Now I have to contact my worker's comp person and plead for an actual real doctor's visit to get proper medical care. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

You self check in and they will call you when it's time. It can be 2hrs and they won't even inform you of the wait even though you have a appointment. This place got so many 1 star review . came here for a drug test and a blood draw. the working MA seemed to have little to no experience and could not get my blood. the phlebotomist that came in after managed to get blood but it was extremely painful. the workers don't seem like they care for you. everything was so slow.
