Don't make plans later in the day if you have to come here. I had an appointment that's been set for a week at 930am and it is 230p and have still not been seen. What is the point of an appointment if I'm going to sit here for five hours waiting for it. If I could give zero stars I would just for that. The staff was ok overall but it's ridiculous how long the wait times are, they say it's always like this... So if the company knows there is demand why not hire more staff to accommodate, clearly you're raking in the money since it's most employers go to for workers comp stuff. read more

This place is so ridiculous! I was referred to this place because of work to get blood drawn and vaccines. I got there little before 8am, didn't not get out until almost 11... I waited for almost an HOUR to get it done, and an additional over 30 minutes for a doctor to see me. People even came in before me. I really am trying to be emphatic about it because the healthcare workers are going through a lot, but this is just not okay. I had to be at my job as well today that I am already running late on. This is completely unacceptable. Do better Concentra! read more

Yoo the wait time is taking days oh lord and when u ask they say one patient ahead of you I would give zero if i could do not recommend this place docs dont care much. Its been months and they still haven't figured out the problem. read more

I'm at concentra Northgate at 4:00 PM they still have a five hour wait and they close at 5!! They don't do blood draw after 5- yet they don't give any notice anywhere posted!! This is unacceptable for a company not to have the bandwidth for this type of service they are supposed to have!! This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! 5 hours is this a community hospital!! read more

People are lined up out the front door onto the sidewalk and there is 3 people at the counter but only 1 taking patients information . I was told my follow up appointment could take 4 to 6 hours depending on how busy they are. read more

The worst pre-employment place to visit. For the last 6 months I had three job and I had this location 3 time, each time I'm available the front guy would say there is a cut off time. Pre employment visits is cut off at 4:00PM Pre physical visits is cut off at 12:PM Pre Employment drug test 4:30PM Pre Employment screening 3:30PM Please just shut down and cut off all your wages, there is no point to open at 8-5pm. This place should just open 10-12pm. read more

I got hurt at work was sent to Concentra in Natomas. I had a walk in and that went ok. I had to come back for a fallow up appointment. My appointment was at 4pm. I checked in at 3:40. They called me to come in to do my vitals but the machine to check my blood pressure wasn't working and they didn't have an open room for me so they sent me back out to the waiting room. Finally called me back in at 4:30 and put me in a room. As the assistant left the room she informed me that I am the last appointment today and there are 9 people in rooms ahead of me. Why even have and appointment. This is ridiculous. I had to come here in 2024 for a torn maniscus. It was the same way. I wish we could just go see our own doctor's. Concentra sucks. read more

I did a walk in at the request of my employer regarding discomfort. I arrived at 12:29, at 2:42 I had yet to be seen by the doctor. For 1st time visits you're unable to schedule an appointment. Makes no sense to me. read more

No guidance, and the ladies in the front was rude. No acknowledgment, just glances and not even helping.

If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk help looks totally disheveled. I waited 45min PAST my appointment time to see Dr Payvandi. What a joke he was. He came in to the room late and argued with me about what my injury was even tho I had pages and pages of doctors notes. He was very combative and it's no wonder he has lots of terrible yelp reviews and poor reviews on taste my doctor. Avoid him at all costs read more

If could leave a 0 I would, sent here from employer and been here for over 2 hours for shots, if you could go elsewhere do, avoid this place at all cost. read more

Absolute disaster.... The nurses are nice enough but this place is a freaking WASTE OF TIME. You WILL be here for HOURS so make sure you bring lunch and water or you might just whither away and die. The fact that you're in a doctors office won't matter cause they will NEVER get to you to provide life saving measures. That's how long these people take. They need to get it together. What a joke. read more

Great experience, very friendly and professional staff. I walked in after a work incident and Front desk is attentive and professional, made checking in a quick and easy process. Back office is great, walked me through everything step by step. Thorough instructions were given when dismissed. I trust all staff here and would definitely recommend! read more

There's one guy here with good customer service experience during every interaction I seen. However this company should be put out of business, because they're super under staffed for clinicians, and so many medical assistants. I came here for a physical, and started at 9:25 and its been well over 2 hrs and im still waiting. The guy previously mentioned did offer snacks and water for the wait, but I would rather they just move a little faster or at least hire a clinician or two. There's no AC, so dont wear anything long in the summer and prepare to wait. read more

The receptionist, the medical assistance whatever they're title is their attitude is terrible. It's a sign right when you walk in saying aggressive behavior is not tolerated and they will call your employer. That's a warning sign for we the people because their employees terrible attitude. read more

This place is honestly lacking and should be under new management and staffing here's why: 1) if you have an appointment you'd have to be lucky to be seen within the hour, the wait time ended up being about 2 1/2 hours past the appointment (long wait time for an appointment not a walk in) that was just us, others had been waiting longer with appointment (maybe 4 or 5 hours past their appointment). 2) they definitely overbooked as they had to turn people for walk in's away, while I don't know if that's a common occurrence it sure was definitely concerning as it shows they can't run this place well enough to avoid that issue. 3) because the care quality is lacking, they rush you and don't listen to what you have to say. there's other Concentra places that have better care and service than this place so it's not the business overall. the staff doesn't really seem to care nor does their management. if they don't care about actually listening to their patients and not giving them a chance to respond and voice their concern about the pain they're experiencing then why become a doctor in the first place. if you end up having to only have this place as in option bring a very well charged phone or something to do and have nothing going on that day. pray that you don't end up at this concentra. read more

0 stars. THIS PLACE A FUCKING JOKE. I am a VERY patient person but this Urgent care pushed my buttons. This place is a JOKE. You will be here all day if you arrive in the morning. One of the receptionist is clueless AF, I mean CLUELESS. I do not care where you came from the back either your break or not I don't care. I also don't care who's on the floor. It's call communication with your coworkers, don't give me that response which that triggered me big time. The only reason why I came here is because my work sent me here. I waited there for 6 hours to be seen and I was seen by the doctor but I did not get my meds. It was sent to my KP pharmacy. Before I drove off to get my meds I called KP pharmacy to make sure my meds will be ready for pick up, NOTHING. I return back to Urgent care x2 , the clueless receptionist tried her best to get the doctor to send over my meds ,NOTHING. Here I am after 5pm on hold from the receptionist so the doctor can send over my meds again to my KP pharmacy. THEY DONT CARE FOR HUMAN CARE. read more

Concentra - I called 10mins before closing and they left me on hold. YALL DONT GIVE TWO FLYING FICKS ABOUT HUMAN CARE. - Urgent Care Near Me - Sacramento, California

Staff was better than the west Sacramento location, arrived early and still spent hours waiting for a physical as people came and went regularly that arrived after me. They don't accept appointments and there is little to no communication from staff. The staff is at least friendly unlike the West Sacramento location which has extremely rude staff. Overall the experience was fine but the wait time and no appointments allowed is very disrespectful of my time as I've lost a substantial amount of money and time by being here. read more

I Had to come here for 3 different pre employment necessities and reading the reviews I was definitely skeptical and prepared to be there a while. I was in and out within 1 hour. I was Seen by the doctor for a physical within 10-15 mins which was surprising. A bit unprofessional staff but was pleased to be in n out in a timely manor. Definitely recommend getting there early! read more

Dear lord. This place, which is in a strip mall, gave the absolute worst "medical care" that I've ever received in all 46 of my years on Earth. They had no idea who my insurance company was. (Farmer's) Couldn't find them or their information after 30+ minutes. This is for a work related injury, so I simply ended up giving them my employer's info, which I assume they'll send some bill to? lol They had no clue what was going on. After spending 1.5 hours waiting, the Doctor spent a whopping 4 minutes with me before he decided that I had some sort of sprain as opposed to a muscle or tendon tear (which my primary care doctor already stated was very likely the issue), and refused outright to do an MRI. This place is like a McDonald's drive through window. He suggested "Physical therapy" to cure what ails me, and guess what they specialize in and sell here? Well all be, it's PHYSICAL THERAPY! I asked the Doctor about this conflict of interest, and he seemed irritated and stated that they DO NOT specialize in physical therapy. When he walked me up to the follow up area, I asked the nurse if they specialize in physical therapy, and she enthusiastically stated "Yeah! That's mostly what we do here." Then they slated me up with no less than 8 physical therapy sessions without asking for feedback of any sort, nor tested my injury to see if I could actually bare weight on it or anything of the sort. Now I have to contact my worker's comp person and plead for an actual real doctor's visit to get proper medical care. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Feeling sick or just here for a check up this this worst place to be. They look as if they are fully staffed but I have been here for 3 plus hours just for a basic physical. They don't take appointment and no AC! People were here before 8am and I'm sure with some organizational skills they could get people in and out. Be prepared to wait and read this review and keep waiting ! read more

Horrible place. Literally every single person who has commented on this place has not told one single lie. Receptionists clueless. They have no idea what they are doing. I'm here again for a worker's compensation injury. Word to the wise. Don't make plans at all the day you come to these clinics. Even if you have an appointment they don't care. I was here 6 hours last time. This time my appointment was at 130. I got here early trying to avoid this but ai am still waiting a the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They take walk ins all throughout the day, work understaffed every day and will consume your entire day. Complaining about it does nothing. I've lost countless hours I'll never get back waiting for Drs here. Ugggh. I brought my kids this time so they are here suffering with me! read more

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. The front desk receptionist looks like she was dragged from the trash from how rude she was. I specifically called to make sure I wasn't wasting my time. And I get there and the receptionist was so rude and kept rolling her eyes read more

sad to call this a healthcare facility first and for most why are people eating an apple or eating period in front of patients no manners. second of all why be so rude to patients. if they have been waiting pasted their appt. my appt was at 10 did not get seen til after 12. how unprofessional an nasty is this place. this is the reason why health care is treated so bad because of people like this that dnt know how to properly and professionally act while they are at work. I am a health care professional and I am embarrassed to have this as my work comp occupational provider. I might as well go to the county clinic. in am sure they have professional health care personnel that know how to provide better customer service. read more

Every time I have a appointment , I come in and have to wait hours after to get in. They don't let their patients know how long they'll be waiting. You self check in and they will call you when it's time. It can be 2hrs and they won't even inform you of the wait even though you have a appointment. This place got so many 1 star review . Another one to their books..... last times visit, I had a appointment set up which we have set for nearly a month, came in and they told me they short staff on the day of the appointment and told me to reschedule because they had a lot of walk ins otherwise it be a 5hr wait . The priority is weird here and I wish they have a better system with their appointment and non appointments. read more

This is the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable, poor excuse for medical clinic I have ever been to. If you HAVE to use concentra because of a work injury I suggest you go to another office. The Medical assistants here are nice. The "DOCTORS" are a joke. I'm currently going here because of a work injury. "Dr verma" is a absolute joke and highly unprofessional. Maybe with his age, looking like he's about to hit the casket soon he should retire. I came in to my work injury related visit and he pretty much said I need to take all my pain and concerns with my "personal doctor" my case is with y'all based on my workman comp insurance. If I had the option to see other doctors I most definitely would. A pathetic and sad excuse for a doctor that doesn't care about the patients here. This place is a joke and like I said I suggest you go see another office. Rancho Cordova and Alhambra is more accommodating. read more
