Well. I thought that I would have a higher review for this place. But unfortunately I don't at this…read moretime. Which is unfortunate due to my first visit being amazing. I was in some pain and needed to see someone. I spoke with Michelle( I think her name was) and was very pleasant and kind on the phone. I get there and the provider was just as kind as Michelle. That day, Michelle was working as; Medical Assistant, Lab Technician and receptionist. Which those are 3 different jobs btw. I needed some lab testing and they were very gentle despite my situation. Then- this is where it kind of went down hill. I was summoned to come back due to an "error" with the lab. I was very hesitant as this was very painful procedure. It was a different provider and this one - not so gentle hands. I was ready to walk out. I was in tears in the exam room from so much pain. I could hear the assistant apologizing profusely while I was laying on the bed. Not to mention this provider opens the door while a male was standing at the door while I not fully dressed. When done, I walked out almost in tears. During this. They have an option to text a number. Forget that. I have been texting them questions since July 7( now July 13) and YET no answer. So don't bother with that. To make matters worse. I get yet ANOTHER call saying the lab messed up my SECOND sample and had to come in again. I cried. I said so your lab messed up a second time?! I get there- very unhappy. I'm irritated at this point. My original provider comes in. I made a comment about this being the third time and she was confused. Apparently it was NOT documented that I came in the previous day to take samples so the employees the next day weren't aware. Imagine my relief but extreme frustration. Still waiting for confirmations and questions. So I'm really disappointed in this place. I was very pleased with my first visit. But I don't know.

The CVS that houses this clinic is not the best, but MC is so convenient and always available to…read moretreat same-day, sometimes with little to no wait. It's a real no-frills medical-care operation, but I have always found the clinic staff to be wonderful. You can check the wait times online and get on the list in advance (I like to use the CVS app for this), but you can also walk in without preregistration. When you arrive, you sign in on a computer, and a screen shows the wait list (by initials, not full names) so you know if there are people ahead of you. When it is your turn to be seen, the practitioner (usually a nurse) will greet you, take you into the exam room, take your ID and insurance, and start the exam. You pay right there in the exam room and go on your way. If the practitioner writes you a prescription, they can either fill it there at the CVS pharmacy, or send it digitally wherever you would like. The best part is, you can then peruse CVS for whatever other OTC medications you might need before you go home. I went to this MC twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times I was desperately in need of medical care, and I learned that it's impossible to get into my primary care physician's office same day. First I had poison ivy, and the nurse at this MC was so unbelievably compassionate to my condition. She ran out into the store to find Tecnu wash. She didn't just tell me to get it, she went and grabbed it for me, and sent me on my way with a prescription to fight the rash. A week later I was sick and again couldn't get in to see PCP. I used the CVS app to check wait times at MC and registered when it was down to 15 minutes. I left my office at 3 pm. I was home on the couch with antibiotics and tea by 4 pm.

Please tell me how this is a minute clinic and I've been waiting in pain almost an hour? To have service that sticks with the name, more than one doctor onsite would be a good start. Since I'm in such pain, I am waiting, but this wait is truly unacceptable.

Take the stairs up to get to the entrance of the Urgent Care Center. The other way to find a place is to park in the garage and then walk around on the outside of the garage to find the stairs that lead to the entrance of the Urgent Care center. There are signs on the walls that will indicate the Urgent Care Center. Cons: First, they give you forms that are copied from an original that was obviously highlighted so you can't see some of the words. I don't understand why they can't get a clean copy of the forms. Second, the forms are outdated and do not have a lot of room for you to write your medical history, medications, etc. Third, the medical assistant needs more tact in communication. She opened the door and pointed in my direction, but I was sitting around a group of people, so it wasn't clear who she was pointing to. She should have announced the last name of the person. It's rude to point fingers at people. I tried to clarify if she was asking for me to come up, and then, she says yes you. She has very poor communication skills. She does not greet you at all. She doesn't explain the process or what to do after the visit is over. I have managed medical clinics, so I know what I am talking about. Pros: The receptionist seemed proficient. The place is clean and seems organized. The wait is usually not that long, but you can always call ahead to see how long the wait is. The physician assistant seemed proficient and was friendly. As with any medical visit, always call ahead to confirm if they take your insurance and bring your ID and insurance card(s), a list of your current medications, medical conditions/history, and other names of your other doctors to make it easier. I would visit them again to give them another chance if I ever needed Urgent Care again. I hope they use this feedback to improve.

Warning- don't see Gynocologist Dr. Geannie M Bennett…read more Horrible doctor. Flat out abusive during a procedure of inserting a birth control device. Not to mention the birth control was inappropriate in the first place as she sold it as part of solution to a problem it does not solve. I had side effects immediately and had to switch doctors, who then questioned why she even chose that procedure as it was a bad choice and not the cure. I was in so much pain during the procedure as she was so aggressive with the insertion. With an aggressive tone, she basically told me to shut up and not express my pain. Then she came so close to my face as I was in pain and tears and made a hand gesture half an inch from my face with the following statement: "I don't like whining. Two pet peeves of mine: Whining and Chewing gum. If I ever hear someone chew gum I want to take my hand and snatch it out of their mouth". I was disgusted and shocked by her behavior. Sick. Best part? during the procedure I asked her to stop and that I did not want the birth control device because I was in such much pain, she FORCED it inside me, despite me saying no. Forget about men harming women. I felt so violated with this person who calls herself a "medical professional". She's horrible, not just as a doctor, but even as a human being. Medical professionals should be a lot more kind and not aggressive. Someone should spray perfume in her face, and keep spraying it if she resists... see how she likes it. When a patient says no, it's a no. Doing that would be super small in comparison to what she did to me. Kaiser needs to teach their doctors what consent is. Someone needs to teach her about human boundaries. Filing a complaint with Kaiser is useless they're just going to turn the blind eye. Best is to report to medical board, which I'm strongly considering doing. This doctor is disgusting. She also has this terrible habit of rolling her eyes. I happened to run into her months after this incident, because I stopped seeing her ofcourse, and she rolled her eyes. I believe in karma and one day her eyes might just get stuck up there while she's busy rolling them. She should be more careful with such things.
