After being a patient here for years, it's incredible how much the service has changed in the last…read morefew months. Just by sorting the reviews by most recent shows I'm not the only one who feels the same way. Some recent issues like outsourcing all calls to a call center not on site resulting in 4-5 calls to schedule a run of the mill office visit all the way to the most recent visit of the doctor telling me he'll refill the same medication he himself had prescribed and refilled last month but then finding out the pharmacy didn't receive it. Sounds like a simple case of making a mistake but when I called in to ask about it the doctor said he never prescribes that medication and to go somewhere else? The absolute bare minimum there should have been some communication but that's being too lenient because this was the most neglectful way of handling a case. There should be no shame in just telling the patient you don't have the ability to treat them or whatever the reason. I've sent the managing partner an email to share my experience and hopefully find a reason for what's changed because my last few experiences have me finding another clinic.

Unbelievable how disorganized and poorly run this place is. I've been in line for two hours despite…read morean appointment, and I probably have another 30 minutes to go. They've had me fill out the same paperwork three times in different formats. Unfortunately I have to get this test to travel so I'm stuck. I took a bad fall on a running trail and had a ton of swelling from the impact. I made it back to…read moremy car and drove home a bloodied mess. My palms were pretty wrecked once I got home and tried washing up. After popping a bunch of Advil to try and blast the inflammation I still couldn't walk. My mom said I'd better go get an X-ray so I figured it couldn't hurt. I was able to make an appointment at Texas Breeze which was helpful and allowed me time to figure out how I'd drive here and get checked out. X-rays came back fine and they washed me up again with a bit of antiseptic. I got bandaged up like some low budget Rocky Balboa before a match but had to remove this before leaving because it was really painful and restrictive which would pose even more difficulty to me driving myself here. All in all it, they were helpful in terms of providing some peace of mind with the X-ray results but didn't do much else that I hadn't already done at home. The PA ordered an antibiotic for me since I have a bunch of missing flesh. I felt grateful to have that order in, just in case. The last thing I'd need is some sort of infection due to these wounds. If you need an urgent care with seemingly better hours than others nearby and the capability to schedule an appointment this center has that. My co pay was $75 which I didn't love but they had the ability to do X-rays on site which was my top priority (or my mother's). Seeing as though I'm here solo, I wanted to ensure I was fine enough and taking proper care of the situation. The staff were helpful enough.
