I can only comment on my experience in their drive thru COVID testing, but I've used this location…read moremore times than I care to admit. No one wants to take a COVID test, at least that's my opinion, but when you do, drive thru is the way to go. I found this location had it when I did a search online for local pharmacies that did drive thru testing. I went onto the site, booked an appointment time, was sent a confirmation, and was on my way. This was easy to do, and they send you the directions of the info you'll need when you pull up to the drive thru testing. This location is kind of tucked away, but you can get into it by either going through the Winn-Dixie parking lot or there's a light where a storage facility is. I pulled in, drove around, and waited my turn for the test. Be patient, because these pharmacists/techs are doing double duty, they're helping those getting prescriptions and those that need to be tested. Also be aware that if someone is taking a longer time with the pharmacist, it may be because they have multiple people in their vehicle that need to be tested and you have to do each test individually. Anyway, I took my test, followed the directions and dropped it into the container. The staff member was helpful and pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. You'll receive your results in 24-48 hours via mobile text or via email. Pros: -Easy process to follow -Ability to make an online appt -Helpful staff -Never have to leave your car Cons: -COVID Tips: If you feel like you may have it or have been exposed, get tested.

This place is the worst. One star is being overly generous. Not sure what all the 5 star reviews…read moreare about. We had appointments made prior. We got there 10 minutes early & sat there for one hour. Not one of the three women working there acknowledged us, let us know what was going on, what the hold up was, etc. very unprofessional. We left with no service provided. After we left, we get a call, saying they are ready for us. No thanks, we will spend our money where they are professionals & respect our time. This was a complete waste of our time.

This is for the minute clinic So I'm a student and I needed…read morea physical examination. I made an appointment through the websites. Once I get there I check in through the kiosk and sit down. I wait for about 20min and I decide to get up and talk to one of the pharmacy workers, it was a young lady with headset. Playing bad bunny in the background which I love but , it is unprofessional to have that kind of music. I tell her why I was there and all she tells me is "they decided not to show up, sorry." And walks away. Not willing to try and see what other options I have or redirect me. It is a very "not my problem" kind of vibe which is something shameful of my generation that I'm not proud of. I hope customer service gets better. Also website did not mention there would be no physicians. So... beware that if you make an appointment and drive over there , there may not be someone to actually help you.

I have had consistently negative experiences at this CVS and have continued going here because of…read morethe location, but it is no longer worth it. Frequent long lines and apathetic team members. Now I have been waiting two months for a medication on back order. It was ordered in two doses, the starting dose and the next dose up. I got a text message that it was ready for pick up, but it did not specify the dose. When the first girl brought it up, it was the higher dose. I explained to her that two doses had been ordered and I actually needed to start with the lower dose, and asked the status of that one. She hands me over to someone else, who then comes up for me to explain again. He then brings over the pharmacist, who was completely condescending. He comes to "explain" to me that I cannot start with the higher dose and that I have to follow my prescribers instructions, even though that is exactly what I had been saying to the associates in the first place. I tell him that I am very aware of that, since that is why I asked his associate the status of the starting dose. The associate then chimes in to say that they will have to order it... when supposedly it's already been on order for the past two months. When I was understandably frustrated, the pharmacist just walks away clearly not caring at all. I don't care if I have to drive out of my way to go somewhere else. This place isn't worth it.
