If you forget something like shaving cream, it's the spot to go. There is a Walgreens across the street, and they didn't have nearly as many items as this location did. They also have tons of souvenirs in the front of the store, and they are reasonably priced. Other reviews have complaints about the pharmacy section, but I didn't utilize it so I can not say. Otherwise, it is an easy spot to grab needed items when staying locally.

We were seated at a high top table and bench seat. When we got ready to leave, I stepped down off the bench and turned my left ankle. I heard it POP!! We went to the condo and I iced my ankle and then soaked my left foot in the tub with ice . I could not put any weight on my left foot! Tuesday morning, My foot/ankle felt numb and the bottom & side of my foot hurt and was swollen. We got to promptcare at 10am. The doctor had the technician do x-rays of my left ankle and foot. The doctor said it'd take the radiologist at at least another hour to read the x-rays, she hated for for me to wait any longer. She wrapped my ankle / foot with an ace bandage, then fitted me for a boot to wear. It was very cumbersome ! She said, they would call me later today with the results of the x-rays, whether my ankle was broken or not. At 3:15pm, Medquick called, she said, the radiologist said, I fractured my ankle(avulion fracture). She said, I needed to wrap my ankle at night to sleep in and wear the boot during the day for at least 6 weeks. She said, once we got home to follow up with my orthopedic surgeon. I had my orthopedic appt., Tues., 6/30/26. They did x-rays of my ankle. My orthopedic doctor said, he didn't see where it was fractured but wants me to wear an ankle brace and go back in 2 weeks for more x-rays to make sure there's not a hair-line fracture. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! How can the radiologist from Palm Coast, FL, Medquick, read the x-rays and say that I have an avulion fracture and my orthopedic surgeon do x-rays and there's NO fracture? It's not going to heal in a week! Wed., 7/1/26- My husband called Medquick this morning to see if they would transfer my x-rays of my ankle and foot to a disk and send them to us? He was told, NO! We would have to go and pick them up at the Medquick. He told them that was out of the question? We are 6 hours away. He ask is they could take a picture of the text x-rays and send that to him? They said NO, the only way they could be released was for us to go to the office and pick them up! Asinine!

However, I will say this particular CVS is much better than the normal. They were friendly (everyone said Hi and greeted you), the store was well laid out and they were very efficient. My wife and I had our flu shots and the person doing them was so nice, thoughtful and personable that I did not even realize he had "stuck" me! So, in total, normally not a big CVS fan but this store manager must be the store manager of the year because it far supersedes a "normal" CVS.

We left because it seemed as if it will take forever for a walk-in. Prior to leaving we made an appointment at 3pm for the same day. So after we came back at 3 pm I still waited 1hr and 20min before she called me. Communication was okay. What is the point of a walk-in or scheduled visit if it is impossible to see a doctor on time?

Then I had to wait longer than the posted hours. Though not longer than the "we will return" clock said. Once seen, Tracy was great. Thorough in her questioning, testing, diagnosis, and explanation of the treatment plan. As good, or better, as treatment I've received from a GP ever. Tracy is worth waiting for. Now, if Walgreens could only get their scheduling streamlined.

I wait for about 20min and I decide to get up and talk to one of the pharmacy workers, it was a young lady with headset. Playing bad bunny in the background which I love but , it is unprofessional to have that kind of music. I tell her why I was there and all she tells me is "they decided not to show up, sorry." And walks away. Not willing to try and see what other options I have or redirect me. It is a very "not my problem" kind of vibe which is something shameful of my generation that I'm not proud of. I hope customer service gets better. Also website did not mention there would be no physicians. So... beware that if you make an appointment and drive over there , there may not be someone to actually help you.

The consequences are poor service and unfriendly attitudes (to say nothing of the negative impact on the employees)..I pity them immensely. I get it. They don't seem to be aware of the horrible vibes they transmit though. Ideally, I would never cross their threshold if I had better options. Their website for online assistance is trash with blind dead ends and constant error messages.
