I was spending my birthday week in Palm Coast, FL, 6/20-6/28/26. On 6/23/26, my husband took me to Medquick because, Monday, 6/22, we had dinner in Palm Coast. We were seated at a high top table and bench seat. When we got ready to leave, I stepped down off the bench and turned my left ankle. I heard it POP!! We went to the condo and I iced my ankle and then soaked my left foot in the tub with ice . I could not put any weight on my left foot! Tuesday morning, My foot/ankle felt numb and the bottom & side of my foot hurt and was swollen. We got to promptcare at 10am. The doctor had the technician do x-rays of my left ankle and foot. The doctor said it'd take the radiologist at at least another hour to read the x-rays, she hated for for me to wait any longer. She wrapped my ankle / foot with an ace bandage, then fitted me for a boot to wear. It was very cumbersome ! She said, they would call me later today with the results of the x-rays, whether my ankle was broken or not. At 3:15pm, Medquick called, she said, the radiologist said, I fractured my ankle(avulion fracture). She said, I needed to wrap my ankle at night to sleep in and wear the boot during the day for at least 6 weeks. She said, once we got home to follow up with my orthopedic surgeon. I had my orthopedic appt., Tues., 6/30/26. They did x-rays of my ankle. My orthopedic doctor said, he didn't see where it was fractured but wants me to wear an ankle brace and go back in 2 weeks for more x-rays to make sure there's not a hair-line fracture. SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE! How can the radiologist from Palm Coast, FL, Medquick, read the x-rays and say that I have an avulion fracture and my orthopedic surgeon do x-rays and there's NO fracture? It's not going to heal in a week! Wed., 7/1/26- My husband called Medquick this morning to see if they would transfer my x-rays of my ankle and foot to a disk and send them to us? He was told, NO! We would have to go and pick them up at the Medquick. He told them that was out of the question? We are 6 hours away. He ask is they could take a picture of the text x-rays and send that to him? They said NO, the only way they could be released was for us to go to the office and pick them up! Asinine! read more

Absolutely the worst experience ever going into a walk-in clinic, the nursing staff was unprofessional and rude,, there was no type of care quality. I felt judged and mistreated. I urge everyone to stay away from this clinic. There's so many other ones that will treat you like a human being and not like trash. read more

went sunday to this clinic. had fever red throat coughing drainage. checked for Covid . no Covid. gave me Prednisone tablets and told me let it run its course. well took for a week it got worse now in bronchitis stage, sicker and almost to pneumonia stage. wasted a week on steroids that did nothing except weaken my system. why if you have a fever and red throat not give a antibiotic first?? not as bad as the steroids .dr need to go back to school.or find another profession. Tire of being their guinea pig. Yes went another dr. who prescribed Two antibiotic .. we go to drs for help not to be told go home with prednisone and let it run it's course. read more

Went last Weds for antibiotics for what I thought was strep throat. Fred Flintstone Dr won't give antibiotics and always says it's viral and gave me prednisone. Didn't help. just spent 2 days in the hospital with severe infection. 4 days on antibiotics and starting to feel better. This is the 3rd time he's done this to me. Go somewhere else! First time I went to this type of Clinic, since I wanted to be seen by doctor in person. Total disappointment. Was NOT seen by a doctor. I have a long history of sinus infections (over two dozen lifetime) , so I know what I have. The Nurse Practitioner did not seem to listen, did NOT put me on antibiotics, said it was not an infection, symptoms got worse. Sat. morning I called Teledoc, which is part of my insurance was seen on video conference by doctor, who based on symptoms and history prescribed antibiotics. I had read the reviews, and it often depends who sees you. My experience was not good at MediQwick. read more

After waiting 21/2 hours, Brian T. Bogdanowicz M.D. stood across the room to diagnose "acute conjunctivitis" in my eye. He never got close enough to look at my eye and prescribed pills and eyedrops. He wanted me to come back in a few days and if the eye was not better he would refer me to an optometrist or ophthamologist. I went to another doctor several days later or prescribed no pills and different eye drops. If this doctor was concerned about germs he could have worn a mask and gloves and examined my eye correctly. Complete waste of a total of 3 hours, but then again they charged $110.00. read more

Was in today and a good experience. Seen quickly and treated as I thought needed. I was in months ago and lectured by a different doctor who as, for my issue, simply wrong. Ultimately he gave me the antibiotics needed. I also have a science degree and do understand antibiotics do nothing for normal viral bronchitis. But there is bacterial bronchitis as well and antibiotics clears my bacterial bronchitis symptoms in a day every time. I do get half the treatment or non treatment is governed by attorneys. read more

I had gastrointestinal,problems and was told to go to the ER. why is it an urgent care center but no imaging or blood work given. my problem was everyone was coughing in the 2 hour wait in the waiting room with no suggestions of wearing a mask. the office was filthy and must be full of mold and fungus. never would go back here. Fantastic experience. They are very cognizant of the dangers of Covid-19 and have in place an excellent plan to keep all safe. Dr. Kyla Mohler was fantastic! She was emphatic and explained in detail her treatment plan. I've been there several times and she's the best practitioner that I've seen. Ended up having a fractured foot. All of the staff was attentive and helped me get stabilized. I would definitely recommend this location.

On one hand, I was in and out of that office in no time, but on the other hand, I had to say something to get the doctor to look twice at my issue and he did nothing different than the last two doctors and I told him that it didn't help it's not a bacterial infection. It's something else, but he looked at me like I was an idiot and gave me antibiotics and the same anabiotic ointment that I've been taking for months who knows maybe third times the charm but I started crying because I was so upset read more

I seriously cut my finger this afternoon using a rotary cutter while sewing. I knew I didn't need an ER but was concerned about the rather deep slice and potential for infection. I was in and out in approximately an hour. At every level from intake, quick care, X-ray, follow up and checkout staff were polite, skillful and pleasant. I'm still in the lobby.. see Dr for about 15 seconds,request X-ray,he denied..said I'm getting muscle relaxant an left room...nurse takes me to check out and hands me a script.. Its a very very Bad Clinic. I had a heavy Ear Infection I had a very big pain in my Ear and just needed a refill of my antibiotics. I payd 125$ Doctor checked my Ear and said - You have no more Infection and don't give me refill of my antibiotics what I needed. I had a very very hard time a big pain in my Ear, no body helped me in these Clinic. They steal money from the People. These is the fall for the Judge. I visited 3 times the Clinic for my refill antibiotics, they don't give me refill of antibiotics what I needed. All Peaple be Carefull at these Clinic. Excellent service all around from front desk staff to nurse to physician

The staff were really awesome today and very helpful in getting the paperwork and things I needed to start my new job.

I went to mediquick on March 18, 2021 for a covid test for my wife and I. I asked for a price before services were rendered under Florida Statute Chapter 381. I was given a price of $93 each for my wife and I. When I went to check and pay, I was told it was $193 each. I mentioned that wasnt the price I received, so they changed it to original price. Now, they are trying to send me bills for the $193 amount. They don't live up to their word. I follow Florida Statutes and request amount before I see a doctor. read more

I had fallen and was in a lot of pain, pretty sure that my wrist was broken. The young girl who took the x-rays didn't seem very proficient. I waited quite awhile for the results, the doctor came in and informed me that it was not broken. He did not have any suggestions on treatment, finally asked me if I wanted him to wrap it. I told him no, not necessary. It then took 15 minutes for him to give me my paper work so that I could leave. I was in pain for days, hand swollen etc. I went to have it x-rayed again and was informed that it was indeed broken. I am now in a cast, feel that I received very poor medical treatment at MediQuick. I would like to know where they send they x-rays to be read. read more

Don't go here if you have insurance, they charged me 4 times what my deductible should of been according to my insurance and make you pay on the spot with no option of sending you a bill through the mail. Receptionists were not friendly. read more

They misdiagnosed me/didn't give me what I needed and when I called back to say I had a bad reaction to the medicine they prescribed me, I was told to continue the treatment as given and that's what they could do for me. The people there were nice enough but didn't listen to me when a medication gave me hallucinations and wasn't working. I was in extreme pain and the help they gave me after trying to rectify the problem a second time, well, wasn't really help at all. And I paid out of pocket for it! read more

We went for our child who was having a severe asthma attack because the pediatrician office was closed on a Sunday and we know they can do breathing treatments. Wanted to try them before ER trip. We went a few months ago for similar issue so this time we made sure to remind them/explain that the rx they wrote last time gets kicked back by her insurance and ask they check her records & please don't write that one. They acknowledge it, say they will write up something different, we get to pharmacy and find out they wrote SAME EXACT one, again. Drive back to Mediquick, explained what happened so they promise they'd call pharmacy direct and figure out which one will be covered. Drive BACK to pharmacy and guess what - they sent THE SAME WRONG ONE AGAIN!!! It was beyond pure stupidity and laziness. I gave 3 stars because they have never been so ridiculously unhelpful. The doctor and staff that were working on Sun 1/20 from 2:30pm to close are incompetent, wasted our time, energy and access to the medicine our child needs to breathe!! read more

I have been to MediQuick 4 times in the past 3 years. They have always taken good care of me and this last time was no exception. I was able to get in and out in about an hour. The doctor diagnosed my problem and they sent a prescription into CVS which I was able to pickup a half hour later. It's nice to know Mediquick is nearby if needed. read more

Would have expected the "doctor" to look at my throat for more than 3 seconds to diagnose what is wrong with my tonsils. He maybe spent a total of 5 minutes with me. I just spent 4 days in the hospital with an infection from a surgery. Wouldn't you give two s***s to know more? Waste of $75. I should have known better with NO wait in the waiting room. read more

I have been in there for a lot of reason. I went in today because I need antibiotics for a abscess tooth. Dr. B looked into my mouth and said that he doesn't see any reason why it would be my teeth. He said I have a sinus infection. No I don't think so I went home and looked into my mouth. It is swollen and is for sure a abscess tooth. I am angry because I have wasted money going there and he has not been helpful at all. I will not be returning. read more

If you would like to know what healthcare was probably like in Communist Russia or North Korea, then this is the place for you. It is filthy, chairs and furniture or so worn out Goodwill would not accept them. Dr. must have skipped hygiene class the day they taught about washing your hands after blowing your nose. Was supposed to get a follow-up call after lab results were learned. Never did. If it was the last place to go, I'd probably take advantage of our new trade agreement with Cuba and get on a boat and go there. read more

Open every day. I went in the day after a hard fall. I was greeted politely and given paperwork to complete. After finishing I waited about 20 minutes. The receptionist finally remarked that I was still waiting. She called outback and I heard her say "You've got two patients here". Glad she intervened! Nurse quickly took me in and very soon I was seen by the doctor who was helpful and unhurried. Maybe just a small glitch that I waited a while, but it was not a long wait for med care.
