NP does not do a thorough exam and overcharged for visit. Missed diagnosis and rushed through appointment. Waste of time and money

Dr. Sarah is the best! She listens & cares about us in a way I haven't encountered for a long time.

I don't usually go to pharmacy clinics or quick clinics since I am pretty careful and usually…read moreschedule appointments through my primary doctor for ailments. But with flu season fast approaching, I decided to check out a couple of the local clinics to see who could help me get my preventive shots for the 2020-21 season. This Minute Clinic is located within the CVS pharmacy/drug store on the south side of Mooresville. So, there is plenty of parking for both handicapped motorists as well as other. The signs for clinic hours are located on the front doors, so I knew when to get over to this location. Once there, several folks were scheduled ahead of me and the estimated wait time was 15 to 20 minutes, so I used the convenient computer to log in and select a time for when I wanted to come back and be seen. I was able to pick a time later in the morning which allowed me to grab a quick bite to eat and do some shopping since I knew that I had a reserved time. What I liked was that even though I wasn't seen by the clinic personnel exactly at that time, the monitor mounted on the wall over the computer gave me an estimated wait time which was just a few minutes due to some cases taking longer than simple flu shots and the insurance gathering requirements. The process went smoothly and I was soon on my way. The staff was friendly and I was informed that there would be no payment at that time since it had been successfully sent off to insurance. I suppose it depends upon your insurance coverage whether you would owe any additional amount or not. So glad to have this done. The other clinic I had gone to had no supply of vaccine available and when my wife called to find out if we could schedule a time, they didn't answer their phone. So, I was glad we had a pleasant experience at Minute Clinic instead of the other place. Review #3809
