They never sent us a bill. Just forwarded it straight to a collection agency. Avoid them unless you want your credit damaged.

Pros: close to my house, fairly easy to schedule online, and everyone there was really nice…read more Cons: there is nothing urgent about this place. I was the first one there on a Sunday morning and didn't see the provider for 45 minutes. Biggest con though was they misdiagnosed me, sent me home with some ear drops, two days later after all my symptoms had gotten worse, a different urgent care concerned I had strep. In the meantime I went to two very social events and spent quality time with little kids. Fingers crossed they don't have strep in two days. I won't be back, the pros don't outweigh the cons.

The doctor said she would call us with the results on Tuesday even though they were closed (which she said). Tuesday, no call. Wednesday I waited until late morning, still not hearing anything, and called in. The receptionist said she would have someone call me right back. Didn't hear anything into the afternoon so I called in to the nurse's line thinking I could get the results that way, but the receptionist answers that line too. She was very rude and said I'd have to wait for them to call me back. I'm still waiting to hear from them. We ended up going somewhere else on Thursday and found out he did still have pneumonia. I will never go to Blue Crescent again or recommend them to anyone. Shoddy service and care!

When I called the minute clinic phone number I was assured as long as I arrived within 15 min I would be seen. I arrived at 11 minutes after my appt and checked in, leaving my debit card number to be charged for the visit. The health care provider came out and saw I had checked in, then went next door to the medical assistant/nurse who takes vitals. She came out at 15 after and told me I would not be seen. My appt would have taken 5 min (ear check) and they refused to take vitals or check, there were no patients in the waiting room and the next appt was in 10 minute, they declined to help me by seeing if there were other appointments available that afternoon, they offered no channel for leaving feedback. While apologetic they were inflexible and dismissive. I will not go to this location, and would be hesitant to use Minute Clinic again knowing they have no mechanisms to take care of complaints on site, and staff are not encouraged to deliver customer service to help clients. In a world where private urgent cares are the last option for quick and inexpensive care, take yourself down the road to Med Express. Staff are responsive, helpful, and were able to expedite my visit.

My Grandmother has been going to this clinic for some time. Their care and service is extremely…read moredisappointing! Please avoid at all costs. They do not care about their patients at all. I work in the healthcare industry as a medical lab tech. Please stay away!!! My Grandma hasn't had any urine or blood work done at her annual physicals for 3 years! What's up with that?! Every place I have worked at, or gone to as a patient, has included basic blood work and a urinalysis at the yearly physical. Her doctor avoids doing tests whenever possible. Whenever she brings up a concern, her doctor just shrugs and says she doesn't think anything needs to be done. I understand that doctors don't just do tests for the littlest things. But her doctor always dismisses things automatically. My Grandma has had frequent urinary tract infections in the past. Recently she went in for the usual symptoms. Again, her doctor dismissed it. How hard is it to do a simple urinalysis? Trust me, it's not. It takes just a few minutes. I do them all of the time. I think because my Grandma has MS, her doctor just attributes everything to that and is too lazy to investigate other issues. It would be nice if her doctor at least LISTENED to my Grandma's concerns. But she can't even do that. She is so quick to cut her off and tell her to get over it. I am not one to question doctors, but my Grandma is treated like crap. That is just the tip of the iceberg. The entire staff is rude and arrogant. That includes the receptionists at the waiting area. One time when my mom was waiting for my Grandma in the waiting room, she overheard the receptionists. They were talking LOUDLY and MOCKINGLY about another patient in front of everyone. That is rude, unprofessional, and also a HIPAA violation. My mom reported it to their office, but again was quickly dismissed. The administration/management team doesn't care either. This is a disgusting practice. My Grandma has reported their lack of care to Medicaid. I hope something is finally done.

I was feeling awful when I went in, and have never been treated like that by any healthcare provider. I literally left wanting to commit suicide. I am not sure how I made it through the day, she screwed up the one test she reluctantly performed at my begging, so I had to go back and have it done again! My husband came home to nurse me out of my complete breakdown. I guess the one thing I can thank her for is making me realize I am going to white knuckle and not ask anyone for help ever again, I am going off all medications, and not going to rely on medical professionals any more. If they refuse to help when you are in the state I was in, then I am going to take back control and help myself. Thanks for nothing.

Fairview urgent I…read morewent there on a Monday morning without a appointment for a problem that couldn't wait. The wait was an hour...not bad. All the staff were kind, respectful, and competent and my problem was resolved temporarily. But here's why only one star: Unfortunately, when I got the bill in looked like they hadn't submitted any claim to Medicare or my insurance. I called again to submit my insurance information there was still no claim. I tried to sign up on Mychart but my personal information was tagged as in invalid. They must have gotten my birthdate or other piece of information wrong. Then it dawned on me. I took another look at my bill. They miss-spelled my last name. Not only that, I got bills for an x-ray from two separate entities--a double charge.

The receptionist staff was friendly but I noticed that they started asking people's names as soon as people walk in - so everyone in the lobby could hear. Not the most private urgent care or the most HIPPA friendly. It's a small lobby/waiting area and there are only about 1-2 people at the urgent care desk at one time. There was maybe only one other person in the waiting area when I went so I was checked in within 5-10 mins. Service was fast and the workers were friendly. The doctor was very nice as well, though I forgot his name. The only thing I didn't like is he didn't send my prescription to the pharmacy as soon as we were finished with the appointment. Also, don't bother calling the urgent Care because you get redirected multiple times and no one from the urgent Care ends up picking up the phone. I had to go back and forth from the pharmacy to the urgent Care again to ensure that my scripts were sent. It turns out he forgot before seeing another patient. Big whoopsie. I ended up waiting an hour for my meds because of this. Not the best way to spend my afternoon.
