Well, encountered a bit of an irritating situation today…read more On my last visit, I was not asked for a Co-pay. But, before leaving, I stopped by the desk to make my next appointment. And, I asked about it. Well, I was told, You have no Co-pay due at this time. Yay! But, the other day, I get a bill for the Co-Pay on that day. Boo! So, I called the Billing Dept, and asked about it. But, since the department is not in the same office (not even in the same county), they couldn't explain what happened. So, I had to pay it. :-( And, rather than having to pay postage, I was able to pay it over the phone. 8-) But, the Billing Dept can't process the payment. They have to call the office. Sheesh! Talk about a FUBAR! But, I do like the people there. So, I'll keep 'em for a while.

I was told by Kandice P.A.'s assistant that they could not renew my medication by Georgia State law because I have to be seen every six months. In fact this is an out right lie. Many insurance companies may require it but its not a state law and I'm a cash customer. Obviously not a patient because I would have been treated better. They know I moved and didn't wanna help. I paid an an online service $40 and have a brand new prescription for the next year now. Check online services if you just need a refund. Don't bother with this dolt like staff that doesn't have the courtesy to even call you. I wouldn't eat food at a restaurant with their rating so why would I teust them with my health.

I usually go to Med Stop in Bonaire, but there is no comparison. The doctor on staff today was Dr. Monde-Jones. I apologize that I cannot remember the nurse that assisted me, and her name does not appear on my paperwork, but both were fantastic. The nurse was thorough in the questions that she asked, and actually listened to the responses. Dr. Monde-Jones continued by asking next-level questions that allowed her to formulate the best care plan for me. A times I felt as if I was talking too much because I'm not accustomed to physicians and medical professionals actually listening so intently without interrupting. Dr. Monde-Jones was very personable and I really wish she could be my Primary Care Physician. Yes, I asked several times but unfortunately she cannot. Regardless, the knowledge and guidance that I walked away with will help me make informed and confident decisions with regards to the direction I take with my medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Monde-Jones and the nurse that was on shift 7/26/2025 at 1030 hours.

The doctor and nurses in the back took great care of me and took the time to talk to me and acknowledge my issue with the very best care. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do I'm definitely going here!

Firsthand, I am a veteran who was determined to be totally…read moreand permanently disabled - for life - based on the VA's evaluation back in 2021. So, it would seem that I would be able to take full advantage of all of their services with zero out-of-pocket costs involved. On Friday, (October 27th, 2023), I did a walk-in visit to the optometry department (which is run by Miss Deborah), and I experienced what I can only describe as a "piss-poor" level of unprofessional (and impatient) treatment from the woman - who seemed more interested in telling what services I am no longer entitled to, because [according to her], not all VA Clinics offer veterans the same "free" services. For instance, with my last prescription for [every day] glasses - while living in Las Vegas, Nevada - I was entitled to TRANSISTION lenses. However, she seemed all too eager to inform me that I would now - here in Georgia - have to pay out-of-pocket for the same type of added treatment for a new pair, and was also more laser-focused on the promotion of the "higher-end" frames (on display), in the small room, which she let me know were also available for their various out-of-pocket costs. It seems as if the optical department in the Macon VA Clinic could do with an infusion of new (or additional), personnel who are capable of being more vet-friendly and caring when it comes to interacting with the vets - like myself - who are suffering from PTSD and can be triggered by her type of inpatient treatment.

I honestly felt completely weightless and could feel my anxiety slipping away. Not going to lie, it took me a few minutes to get used to floating naked. There's a button to change the colors or turn it off (I had it on blue), you can either float in silence or have music playing (I had music). They supply bathrobes, towels, and earplugs for the float. The shower they had me use before and after was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the shower smelt amazing. The massage: I've never had a massage before and I'm mad at myself it took me so long to get one! She asked me if I had any areas that needed to be targeted and I informed her that I carry my stress on my neck and shoulders. She made 25+ years of stress melt away like it was never there in the first place! The room itself was dark, warm, and inviting. There was a sound machine playing therapeutic music and I swear I dozed off at one point. Halotherapy: it felt like I was sitting on a beach chair, listening to the waves, and breathing in the salt air. They had a peppermint oil diffuser on, a fan blowing, and a projector that was displaying stars and moons. The weighted blanket that was provided was just the right weight for me. I finished my float a little early so I got to experience the glow room. It has an entire wall of LED flicking candles with the most comfortable chairs, pillows, and weighted blankets I've ever experienced. They also had a sound machine playing rain sounds (which is my all time favorite relaxation sound). I never wanted to leave that room! All in all, I wish I could give this place and my experience more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be trying to make this a monthly thing and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen!

I've been a client here for several years, and recently I made an honest mistake while…read morescheduling--resulting in me missing my appointment and showing up the following day, thinking that was the correct time. I fully accept that the scheduling error was mine, and I understand the policy of charging for missed appointments regardless of the reason. What disappointed me was realizing afterward that I had paid for a full hour and yet no one took two minutes to call and check on me, confirm whether I was on the way, or even let me know I had missed the appointment. A simple call would have made a huge difference: I would have known I'd made a mistake, been aware a charge was pending, and I wouldn't have left work early the next day thinking I still had an appointment. What felt especially ironic was that in the past few months, I have had two same-day cancellations from Float Robins due to issues with the therapist. I didn't complain at all--I gave them grace and kept scheduling. So to then be told that "things occasionally come up with the therapist," while not allowing the same understanding for a loyal client, felt unfair. Things come up for clients too. Why is that acceptable for the service provider, but not the customer? I shared my experience on Facebook, suggesting that a quick courtesy call for late arrivals would be helpful. The owner commented publicly, referencing my "bad" (but honest) Google review and claiming I booked again afterward--which was not true. I had booked with a different business. I found it unprofessional for the business owner to try and publicly shame a customer, rather than accepting feedback and showing appreciation for years of loyalty and continued support despite inconsistent communication on their end. At this point, I won't be returning. I want to support businesses that value their clients as more than just a missed-appointment fee. My hairdresser would have called. My doctor's office would have called. The personal touch matters, especially in a small business--and unfortunately, it's missing here.
