We have visited this ice bar every time we've come to Vegas! The staff has great energy and we always have a blast!

This was an experience. Never been to an ice bar before so I can not compare it. Worth taking pictures. We didn't last long cuz we weren't dressed appropriately. My friend was wearing sandals. I've always been curious about this place and I'm glad it came with the yacht rock package. It's definitely something you do for 30 to 45 minutes if you can tolerate the cold. It was smaller than I imagined. I thought it was a walk-through tour, but it was small . The drinks were yummy and there's cool photo opps. Nothing crazy but something cool to experience at least once. Every location has different themes too. read more

This place was so cool (literally)! Admission was included with our Go City pass, but we opted to pre-purchase drinks upon arrival. $27 for 2 drinks. You get a nice, warm parka and a pair of gloves before entering. The cups are all made of ice. The walls, seats, tables -- everything made of ice! So fun and so COLD! We only lasted about 20-30 minutes before we felt too cold to stay any longer. Such a unique experience but definitely pricey! read more

Loved 1923 prohibition bar. They did a good job hiding it. The inside was very large and had great decor.. We sat at the bar and had a couple drinks, which were fun and imaginative. Minus5 Icebar is a great place to go when you're tired of the Vegas heat as a local and/or a tourist who's been walking up and down the strip at summertime. It's freezing inside but you have the option to wear a parka or a fur coat. They have great deals so check their website out. We chose to wear fur coats and take home cute fur hats. Our daughter surprised us over the holidays with tickets to this Ice Bar. I have always wanted to check this place out especially when it's 110 degrees out. My daughter had bought the ticket package for $49.00 per person which comes with entrance, use of parkas and gloves and two drinks of your choice. We arrived before our entry time and were checked in by an enthusiastic and lively young lady I think named Ashari. She was so much fun. I apologize if I did not get her name right but she was very welcoming. We then walked over to put on our warm parkas and gloves. I wish I would have brought my own gloves as their so called gloves are really just glove liners for your real gloves thus loss of one star. Needless to say my hands were by far the hardest part of my body to keep warm. Once we walked in, it's like walking into a winter wonderland with a western theme. Everything is pure ice! The temperature is kept at a frosty -5 degrees Celsius making sure you feel the experience. The bar was being tended by Abby and she made us all some delicious drinks in ice made glasses. Be sure and use the coasters on the bar and tables otherwise your drink will slide off and crash. I chose the Polar Breeze which was mixture of Skyy Peach Vodka, pineapple juice, and house made sweet and sour. This was so refreshing and I know it would taste even better on a hot day. I still managed to drink two and it's strange how the chilly environment invites the buzz into your head rather quickly. My daughter chose the Icy Espresso and my hubby chose Monkey Business. We had so much fun interacting with some people from out of town. When we arrived the bar was hopping and I was surprised that kids are allowed up to 8:00pm. I've seen places like this on TV and always thought it looked fun. So when we were staying at the Venetian and saw that they had this I knew I had to go. What I didn't realize is that there are actually 3 on the strip that are part of this (although we weren't going to be doing all 3). It wasn't too busy when we were here so we could fully enjoy the space and take pics. A few groups came while we were there but mostly there were just friendly or kept to themselves (which is fine too). Our package came with cocktails and they were really tasty for sure. They serve them in cups made of ice which made it super fun. Although I did get too hot, which was to be expected and had to take off my cute hat and faux fur coat for a few minutes. Went with my sister, we stayed plenty warm in the provided coats and gloves. The bartender was quite friendly. It was a busy atmosphere with quite a few parties coming in and out, but not too loud- we sat and chatted for well over an hour. This ice bar is located in the Venetian where the grand canal shoppes are located. No wait when we got here. You get your coat and gloves and they will give you instructions. This was so cool to experience as I never seen an ice bar before. Love everything about the inside. A bar, cups is made of ice and chairs and everything is made of ice. Fun ice space where everything ranging from your seats to your drink cups are made of ice. Highly encourage you to have closed toe shoes and long pants- the parka and gloves provided helps... but you can get awfully cold quickly if you opt for shorts and sandals. My friends and I came here to check it out. It is located in the Venetian in the Grand Canal Shops. We were greeted right away by the staff members. The prices were pricey, but we already knew that since we were on the strip. It cost $24 just to enter and it comes a blue parka with gloves. Another option is $49 and it comes with 2 drink tickets plus the blue parka and gloves, which is their post popular package. They also have a $75 which includes a faux coat, gloves, 2 drink tickets, a gift, digital picture. As we entered the venue, we were all amazed with the decorations. There were ice sculptures, ice chairs, cool bright lights and a cool bar. There were also games that you could play. Along with that, there were lots of places were you can take photos! Minus 5 Icebar is located in the Venetian Canal shops. This was my first time in America going to an ice bar. When you walk to the front you will see the friendly workers telling you the price list of how you want to get in. We picked the coolest experience which is the second highest. There was one above that was a little bit more pricy but you get a photo and a different style of coat. The inside was quite small but unique. I got the most pricey package which was $75 per person and it came with a coat, hat accessory (that they let you keep!) 3 professional photos, AND 2 drinks from the bar inside. They ask for your email right when you step out and send you them immediately which I appreciated. This $75 package is necessary because you do want the coat and pictures, it makes for the experience. The inside is not big, it's actually somewhat small and definitely cold. The drinks are good and cute but I don't see anyone spending more then 30 minutes in here. It's not a very comfortable place. It's made for pictures. We've seen some photos of ice bars where the roof is even covered in ice or made of ice arches, so seeing the normal roof in this place may break up the magic a bit. Festive ambiance and fun crowds. Bartenders were welcoming and efficient, but drinks were mediocre. But again, perhaps to be expected, and the experience is the novelty to enjoy beverages out of the ice cups. If you want to take shots of alcohol, there is a set of "titty louge" stations with straws if this suits your fancy. Price of ticket includes coat and gloves (with additional upgrades available). At the front desk, they ask for tip on the total cost that the team told us goes to the bartenders, but this ends up being quite a steep tip as the range goes from 18-22% of the total cost for the experience. read more

We ordered only the basic package ($24 with 10% off on Yelp for a total with fees and tax of $27.30). The coats were fairly warm and the gloves were definitely nice to have. While inside, we decided to order a drink for the ice cup (definitely an adorable novelty and as previous reviewers have said: BE WARNED: if you break the cup, it's $3 to replace if you want another drink). They took a few photos for us, but since phones are allowed, I think our photos came out better and we didn't end up buying theirs.
