Because of this, the deductible was charged to the surgery center instead of Rosen and I needed to pay an additional amount to the surgery center. That meant that I had over paid Rosen Eye Care. I have been calling for over 2 months to be reimbursed for my over payment. When contacted after call number 5, I was assured that I would be getting a check in the mail for my over payment. Instead, I just received 3 more bills! These bills were paid before I had any work done. Thank goodness I have records to verify my payment. I'm very frustrated by this lack of professionalism. I would not have gone to this eye care center to have work done if I had known how incompetent their business staff was. I'm still waiting on my reimbursement.

Save your time and money and go to COSTCO. $95 eye exam (if no insurance), $117 for 6 months supply of their Kirkland contacts, which work really well. 2 stars because the optometrists were helpful. Not sure why I put up with them for 3 years. Delighted that I won't have to deal with them again!
