They turned it into my insurance got another 500 and now I have a statement for $531 more so if you have insurance they will charge you $1000 more. They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes.

A "savings plan" (red flag) that, for $300 a year gives 25% off all dental work. How are the prices, then? Approximately 20% higher than the median price for dental work in the area. So, pay $300 out of pocket to bring the prices back to reality. So you don't want to do a simple procedure. OK. But selling someone an engine when all they need is an oil change-- someone is going to fall for this and I find that unconscionable.

I never feel rushed and always leave feeling like I'm in good hands. I drive 40 minutes each way and well worth my time. I would never go anywhere else. He is reasonably priced and puts the patient first instead of trying to upsell you on procedures you don't need. My mother always says that you can tell a person's character by the way they treat their staff and Dr. Baek treats everyone with respect and in a professional manner. With other dentists I insisted on headphones and nitrous oxide to distract me from what was sure to be a traumatic experience. That stuff simply isn't needed here. Dr. Baek strives to put patients at ease. Explains what is going on in clear terms and with genuine empathy, not judgement. I'd rank him tops amongst the dentists I've had, full stop. He dropped a hot instrument on my lower lip offered no follow up care, and took no accountability for it. I left the office in tears, in pain and I felt helpless and violated. It was a horrible experience and I was left with an ulcer on my lip for 2 weeks, and extreme emotional and professional distress. He didn't follow up to see how I was, and I only spoke with him after I called the clinic myself and demanded that he speak with me. He still took no accountability and put false statements in my medical records to cover up what he had done. This happened in June and I currently have scarring and numbness from the burn. Legal action is underway. I regret ever trusting Milestone Dentistry with my care.
