They will switch the price when you have the procedure done. Please do not go here if you are one of Dr. Roach's old patients. They can't even update my address. I have not lived at the that Dr. Roach had on file in five years. I gave them my new address. They have been sending the statement there. I received an email yesterday stating my bill was past due. The office manager will sit in her corner office and is too good to speak to you. I have never seen Laura Koch in this office. The only dentist that I have seen here is Dr. Shoal Adesoji-Stokes.

A "savings plan" (red flag) that, for $300 a year gives 25% off all dental work. How are the prices, then? Approximately 20% higher than the median price for dental work in the area. So, pay $300 out of pocket to bring the prices back to reality. So you don't want to do a simple procedure. OK. But selling someone an engine when all they need is an oil change-- someone is going to fall for this and I find that unconscionable.

She looked in my mouth without gloves and she did not wash her hands. She would not make a mold of my teeth without doing x- rays and she wanted to cement a retainer in. It was a very unprofessional experience. I asked for a Dentist recommendation since she was unable to perform the reason for my visit and the referral wanted between 600 to 800 dollars for a retainer. I would run away from this practice. Also, I was told to arrive 15 min. prior to my 1:30 appointment which I did, and the practice wasn't even open until 1:30. I would not recommend this practice.
