My hygienist Rebecca was amazing. She was very thorough and explained everything so well. My treatment plan and how it affects me and my health. When I get treatment they offer me a list of items I can have such as a blanket, water, the remote to the tv and several other items. They provide me with glasses for my treatment and a hot towel to clean my face. I definitely don't mind visiting the office when I typically go running.

His response was all I needed. Seriously, call him and ask. I have never had a dentist quite like him and I never want to go back. The office is extremely professional, clean, and decorated well. The waiting room is what you would expect if you went to a spa rather than a dentist. Ken works on you the entire time with the dental hygienist. He provides an an itinerary before he begins work and explains everything in detail. The level of service is second to none and Ken is extremely knowledgeable. You will pay a premium, but, I strongly believe it is worth every penny... and I am not easy to please when it comes to Healthcare.

They seem like an efficient office. They do everything on time. Everyone working there seems to know what they're doing--from the receptionist, the dentist, and the assistants. They are all thorough and professional. I also like it how they have TVs in every room. They also provide you with free toothpaste, toothbrush, and a bottle of water. Dr. McMasters, the dentist is a nice guy. The first visit I had with him was the first time I've seen a dentist in over 15 years. Luckily, I didn't have a cavity. I did have a lot of tarter buildup, however. He removed all the buildup during my normal checkup. Normally, I would have to come in later and pay for a deep dental cleansing. I thought it was cool of him to do it during my regular checkup. The office also has a sign that says, "We cater to cowards." I don't fear the dentist. I'm sure some people do though. The area around the office is pretty hectic though. It's in the intersection of a busy Vinings intersection. The entrance to the office is very small and deceiving. It's actually next to the Orient Express Entrance. Don't make the mistake and go into Orient Express or you'll have to drive out and brave the traffic again. And no, you can't just park at Orient Express because you might get towed. Leaving the office is also kinda confusing. You have to go through the gate and turn right. Then you can find your way to Paces Ferry Rd. But leaving the parking lot seems much easier than going in.

The office contacted her repeatedly during the weekend, including in the evening hours, and asked her to set up online banking access so they could see what she could put down. Once I became involved, the finance person and dentist stopped answering calls and did not respond to voicemails. She chose not to proceed and attempted to confirm she would not be charged; after that, communication stopped. She then received a $12,000 CareCredit charge, and the doctor was paid despite no surgery being performed by Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry of Atlanta. We are in an ongoing dispute with CareCredit/Synchrony, which has treated the charge as valid based on signed intake/treatment plan/financing documents, without confirming that the procedure actually took place through clinical documentation (for example: procedure notes, anesthesia record, extraction/implant charting, implant serial/lot numbers, radiographs taken day-of, dated post-op instructions, or other records tied to an actual date of service). I originally applied for a loan through their office for a procedure I specifically requested. After the loan was approved, I was later informed by Dr. Motoban that the procedure would no longer be possible. In spite of that, the finance company had already paid the office, and I was now obligated to repay the loan for a procedure I was no longer getting. When I requested that the loan be canceled in August, the office stopped responding. For nearly three months, they gave me the runaround and avoided assisting me in any way to rectify the situation. During this period, I was forced to pay on a loan I could not use, while the office refused to cooperate with the finance company to cancel it. My calls were screened, and messages were ignored by the office. I live an hour away, so the only way to get any type of response was to show up in person unannounced. I went into this process very insecure about my smile. They took advantage of that and knew it would fuel me to follow whatever they suggested in order to get approved for a higher loan limit. Once that higher loan was denied, they ceased all communication with me entirely. It wasn't until I began pursuing professional outside options that the office suddenly claimed everything had been an "oversight." What they refused to resolve for nearly four months, they completed in ten minutes once outside pressure was applied. When I finally went to the office in tears, the office manager's "NEW‼ assistant (Mrs. Morah) who had just started and was not involved in the earlier communication--showed genuine kindness and empathy toward me. I shared with her how this experience had terribly affected my credit. Sadly, Dr. Motoban refused to honor my cancellation request and even instructed her not to give me a receipt after I mentioned the possibility of legal action. After being one of his patients for more than 25 years I was a little nervous about a new dentist but I can honestly say Dr. Kabani has been AWESOME. Her and the entire team are super friendly, always have a few minutes to shoot the breeze. They really always go the extra mile in taking care of the patients. But if you need more convincing, here's a recent story that will demonstrate the level of care evidenced by the entire staff. My elderly mom lived us with for the last few years and would go to Dr. Kabani to get her dentures cleaned and an overall oral check. Mom had a bit of dementia but Dr. Kabani and the entire team were kind, caring, and patient with her. Mom always loved her trips to the dentist and loved having her dentures be so clean. And she always loved all the people there. She recently passed and the team took the time to send flowers and condolences. That's above and beyond in my book and is just one of the reasons I will keep coming to Kabani Dental. And you should too!
