I went through the interior portion, and once I got in, there was still mud pooling on my mats, and the cupholders and other areas were not even touched! when I went around to tell them that my Z 71 emblem was missing, they just radioed over to the car wash and ask somebody to look for it brought it back to me and said at least it's intact! I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend that his place!!!!
