Online their website lists the price for such service at 100$ (plus is your car is trashed) for a coupe/sedan. Chris, their detailer, was nice enough to fit me in. He did ok work, (did break my trunk latch button) and then sent it through their tunnel wash before leaving for his lunch break. However, when I went to pay for the service, I was hit with a 135$ bill. The less than friendly cashier woman told me I had to take it up with Chris, even though he would be gone for the next hour, and refused to call him. I showed her the price for a coupe online, and her statement was, well maybe he wanted to charge me extra for something and didn't write it down. She invited me to take a seat and wait an hour. Will update this the end result. Either I'm refunded to the original 100$ price and the stars go up to 2 (the front desk woman is the sole reason for this) or I'm left with a 135$ and two hours of my life gone. 1 star. UPDATE: stars went up to 2 because Chris came back from lunch, apologized that he accidentally ticketed the Small SUV price, and knocked an extra 10% off. Cashier woman couldn't even look me in the eye, zero apology from her.

A person''s car is one of them. Secondly your lack of planning, engineering and direction does not constitute an emergency for me. I looked at the manager and then looked forward with a blunt flat affect which is deserving of the chaos outside my car that was happening . A suggestion would be to place an employee in the middle of the lane after the gates to direct which car is next in line This might help solve the problem. I was told I didn't need an appointment that he could get me in right now! My Escape was set to go in less than an hour! Will be coming back to Bobby and Steves with my Escape! I was called and told that I needed new brake pads and rotors. I assumed that this recommendation was for the scraping noise or the maintenance light since I didn't ask for anything to be done with the brakes. Bad assumption. They took it upon themselves to take advantage of the opportunity and to sell me services I didn't ask for. Then they took it even farther and told me I needed new calipers (for the brake pads and rotors I didn't ask for)...oh, and by the way, everything was torn apart so i couldn't take it elsewhere at this point. The total bill was over $2000. oh, and the scraping noise? they finally told me afterwards that it was a heat shield scraping against something -- easily fixed and had nothing to do with the brakes. And the maint light? it just due for an oil change. That could have been resolved with $99 but they tried to sell me another $1400 of services to replace an ABS wiring harnness and noted there was an error code for that. i finally recognized the pattern and declined this make-believe nonsense. I have elected to take the vehicle elsewhere for the oil change service. Who knows what other mysterious ailments they discover opening the hood!!!

It was a little difficult trying to find *where to drop my car off as there are no signs for detailing. I first went to the service center building (for tires and things, I guess) and was directed to drive into the other building's car wash (where it said Exit Only). As I drove slowly towards the car wash, a guy asked if I were there for detailing and then directed me to park and go see the cashier, in a little brick booth in the parking lot. That worked itself out. When I came to pick up my car and pay, a different cashier took my payment then asked if I saw my car. I said, yes, it's right there. She said she would call the guys to get my keys and I picked keys up off the windowsill and said, "These are mine!" Surprise. No name or paperwork attached to my keys. Anyway, a couple of *minor customer service hiccups aside, this was a great experience, the detailing is IMMACULATE, and the price (for a car) of $210 was reasonable. The cashier had the deer in the headlights look and asked "what ride?" Cashier called around and found out that yes, they did have a shuttle. Left my car and they would call when it was ready. At home they called back that my car ready to be picked up. I said there should be a shuttle picking me up. Got the "what ride?" response again. Then they asked me what's your address. They already had it on the order when I dropped off the car. They copied it direct from my ID, and now they can't find it? WTF? Cashier called around again and found a shuttle.
