During the infusion I felt incredibly relaxed--comfy reclining chair, tucked in with a big blanket, and a quiet moment to read my book. I felt a little tired afterward, but that only lasted about 30 minutes, and now I already feel more alert. I went in because I've been dealing with sleep issues, fatigue, mental fog, and grief from losing my husband, and I'm so glad I scheduled this. Dr. Gillette wasn't onsite at the time, but she personally called me beforehand to walk through everything and followed up afterward, which meant a lot. She left me in great hands with Christine, who administered the IV. She's amazing--I didn't even feel it go in. Ashley scheduled my appointment and was so friendly, and check-in through their app was seamless. I originally booked because I've been so tired, lacking motivation, and I have surgery coming up in a couple weeks. My surgeon said this therapy was fine to do, and I'm planning to have another IV several days after my procedure to help with healing. They're running a Black Friday sale right now, so I'm stocking up on gift certificates and plan to try some of their other treatments, too. Somavie Wellness Spa is definitely worth it--caring staff, great communication, and I already feel better. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Lovely team! Easy location and parking. Very knowable - Michelle is terrific!read more

One year ago I had breast augmentation. Dr. Short was very realistic in regards to my expectations…read more I knew going in that my breast were very far from perfect or nice for that matter. My breast looked like deflated balloons. I showed her pictures of breast that I liked and disliked so she had an idea of what I was looking for. She implanted silicone, under the muscle as I originally wanted and what I agreed on prior to surgery. She never swayed me from my expectations but, she assured me of her experience and what would likely benefit me the most. My results are better than my expectation, to be honest. Dr. Short is a perfectionist and that is needed when choosing a plastic surgeon. Her staff members are wonderful too. They work in the field of creating beauty and do an excellent job at it. They answer all my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn't have changed anything about my experience with the Gillian Institute. I'm planning my next visit soon. Looking forward to having superficial skin resurfacing on my face from minor hyperpigmentation and acne scars caused from my teenage years. Don't hesitate when choosing Dr. Short as your plastic surgeon or her staff for other minor procedures. I work with three other women who have used Dr. Short for their breast augmentation. They are very satisfied with her work. Not to forget my fiancé loves the results too.

Sex: F / DOB: January 1971 / Surgeon: Dr. Robert D. Lewis / Revision Rhinoplasty…read more On January 13, 2021, Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, performed revision rhinoplasty on me at the Gillian Institute in Indianapolis, IN. The results were and continue to be disastrous. After contacting a lawyer about suing for his medical license--something I'd never done before in my life--I discovered Mr. Lewis had already been sued at least 10 TIMES in the state of Indiana. He's mysteriously won every lawsuit, including a case where the tip of a woman's nose turned black and *fell off of her face* after Lewis performed surgery on her. I'd had rhinoplasty in my home state at age 14 which turned out beautifully. I loved the results, and the teasing stopped at school. When I moved to Indiana at 40, I developed severe allergies and mild asthma. Local Lafayette, IN, ENT Dr. Joseph Bremmer suggested septoplasty to increase my nasal cavity space and assured me it would not affect aesthetics. He was wrong on both accounts, and his surgery left me with nasal valve collapse. A different ENT told me rhinoplasty would be the only way to restore my breathing, which is why I sought Dr. Robert D. Lewis in the first place. Mr. Lewis had excellent online reviews. Even now (Feb 2023), when I look on sites like Real Self dot com and Health U.S. News dot com, all I see are highly curated five-star reviews for a man who should never be allowed to perform surgery again. I've personally learned those sites cannot be trusted. Moving forward, Yelp and Google are probably the only reviews I'll take into consideration. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN (run by Dr. Kimberly Short) should not be allowed to perform rhinoplasties on anyone, ever again. Lewis never showed up for ANY of our post-op appointments, and the people who work at the Gillian Institute know what a horrific 'doctor' Lewis is. I've now paid an extra $25K in an attempt to restore my aesthetical nose and nasal airways, but Lewis decimated my nose so badly that restoration may never be possible. I never want anyone else to go through what I did with Dr. Robert D. Lewis of Canfield, OH, and the Gillian Institute of Indianapolis, IN, and I hope this review saves someone from Lewis' traumatic hammer & chisel. I also hope he loses his medical license. He's not fit to perform rhinoplasties, period.

I bought a VERY expensive package, which seems to be the only kind they sell even when they…read moreconsider it a sell. The package was suppose to be a total of 10 treatments of the neck/lip&chin/jawline and 8 treatments of the underarms, I finished all my treatments at the beginning of September of this year and with results I was not very happy with. I was still having a hair growth in all the hair with very very minimal thinning in any of the areas. When I the receptionist asked me about my treatments I told her that I did not have the results I was wanting. She told me the nurse was not in and gave me a number to text and to include pictures of the hair growth, a few days later I texted the number including pictures. I never heard anything back. I called the store a few days later and again the nurse was not available and they would reach out. I called the store three times and each time no nurse or anyone higher than the receptionist returned my call. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this store. They called me the day before an appointment asking me to reschedule because there was no nurses available. Once after a visit I could not schedule an appointment for my next visit because there was no receptionist there only the nurse.

I was sold a very expensive package , which I thought would save me money down the line but it did not. I have a package for full body laser and added Botox and lip fillers . My first experience was great with the first nurse that provided the service. That session lasted about 45-50 mins. The last few sessions with a new nurse the session only took 29 minutes ,it was like she was rushing ! The laser was amazing at first until they switched nurses that was there in the beginning. There is a lack of diversity at this location; no providers of color and that made me uncertain when I was sold a lip filler package. I addressed my needs to the practitioner and they have only done injections for a year. The work done wasn't great at all. When I asked for a refund I was told no. Which is frustrating because ,not only did I pay for the product I paid for the expertise of the injector. At one point she asked if it was enough on one side , leaving an unbalanced look. I do have fuller lips but I wanted more definition and ,fullness now it just looks like a blob. Please hire injectors with more experience . Honestly , Laser Away is the European wax of the beauty world . I've gotten service at the navy yard location and it was exceptional the providers were thorough and I knew what to expect. I received Botox there and wish I'd had gotten my filler done there as well.
