Everyone reading this needs to come visit Melissa at Uesthetics at least once. She's a skin master…read moreand I feel so thankful to finally have someone like her in Indy. Even if you aren't a regular facial-type-of-person, you should come to get set on a good at-home product routine that fits your skin type. Melissa can help with that. She has years of experience being an esthetician and worked at a dermatologist office for a long time. She therefore knows skin all the way through, and not just topically. She's also traveled across the country teaching others how to use lasers. I truly appreciated soaking in knowledge from her throughout our appointment and asking all of my skincare questions. The brands she uses for facials and recommends to clients are the same ones that both my dermatologist and a desired celeb esthetician that I've followed for years uses on all of the stars. This is what initially drew me to Uesthetics because those are really the only type of products I want on my face. I knew that anything from these lines would be amazing on my skin and was excited to be able to get such a quality facial. She uses iS Clinical, Elta MD, Alastin (all scientifically recommended and very effective). I had a free, 30-minute virtual consultation beforehand so Melissa could walk me through a good routine for my skin and see how she could help. (Initial consultations are always free!). She didn't try to sell a single thing and it was SO helpful because I found out that I was using some products that weren't doing anything for my skin, which I've now dropped from my routine. Afterwards, I booked my first appointment and put in the form that I wasn't sure which facial to choose, but wanted her to recommend one once she saw my skin in person. We ended up doing microdermabrasion, which uses a suction to remove clogged pores, remove hair on your face and get rid of dead skin cells. It's exfoliating, which helps prevent acne, helps makeup go on easier, and makes your skin brighter. She then did a calming face mask to fill my skin with moisture and eliminate redness. My skin immediately looked brighter, plumper and felt tighter. It was $65 which was incredibly reasonable considering her expertise and the quality of products used, and she sent me on my way with some amazing skincare samples. Thank you so much! I'll be back!

First time receiving fillers. If this is your first time having fillers injected, I advice you go…read moresmall. Dr. Finley will listen to your concerns and help you decide. I have juvederm injected into my cheek area. I'm in my early 30's and have an intense exercise routine which is expediting fat loss in my face. Don't hesitate if you're looking to make minor facial changes to keep your youthful beauty. I'm already planning my next visit to her office and adding fillers to other areas on my face. Absolutely worth every dollar spent. Dr. Finley has injected thousands of fillers and has real expectations based completely on the individual. Hope you make the best decision and choose her office to suit your desires. What I experienced during and after the injections. The area on face was numbed with a lidocaine cream. Then the cream was wiped off and area of injection cleansed. Dr. Finley will gentle pinch below desired area of filler and use it as point of needle insertion. The pain from the needle on a scale of 0-10 is 0.5. You may hear the filler being injected. She used a few different sites to inject the filler. Meaning you will likely need a few injection sites to obtain desirable results. After she was done injecting, she grabbed gauze and applied pressure to injection sites to prevent bleeding which causes bruising. A few hours after injection, I noticed a site with a small bruise. She gave me two small reusable ice packs to use in the office and for at home. You simply apply them periodically throughout the first 24-48 hours. Definitely apply them more often within the first 24 hours. Do not exercise during the first 24 hours. Increasing your blood pressure can cause more bruising at injection sites and possibly lead to more swelling. You will experience swelling which is absolutely normal. Once again let Dr. Finley help you through this process. She is simply amazing!

I have experienced hairloss since I was 21 years old and this dramatically affected my confidence, my self-image, and even contributed to depression. When I found PAI, I was confident that I would be treated with respect, with the absolute best technology (DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THE OTHER OPTIONS IN TOWN) and the entire staff made me feel comfortable, encouraged, and were ALWAYS available for me. It's a shame to read some of the other reviews on their page, as at least two of them are not legit. I have seen hundreds of examples of successful procedures and I am a walking billboard for PAI Medical Group. I have no problem telling people that I've had a hair transplant and I proudly tell them where I got it done. Super thankful for this business.

I wish I had checked out these Yelp reviews first. I've had several experiences where Google…read moreremoved negative reviews without reason, or a channel to ensure posting. I say that because the reviews here line up with my experience. Two transplants in, and I'm more embarrassed by what my hair looks like now than when I was balding. Worse thing is that now I have these scars, so embracing the bald look comes with revealing those. The first procedure occurred in the fall of 2022, the second in spring 2024. The first was suppose to be all I needed, but due to scabs not healing properly, a second was recommended. (I don't have a history of poor healing.) The second was to address that scabbing, and an opportunity to fill in more areas for a thicker look. Well, my hair is growing, but not in a way that is flattering. I feel horribly self-conscious in work settings, I'm now a "cap guy", and worse is that I look like the kind of guy that you just want to tell "shave it all off". I know why I did it, I can't blame myself for that. But I do wish I considered other locations more thoroughly. I went the route of We Grow Hair Indy rather than overseas for the safety, and easier follow ups. I went with them over other local places because of their assurance that I would not be left unhappy - making WGHI seemingly like the right choice. Two years in - I'm far from happy, not even content. Ultimately it wasn't worth the cost.

I was told to bring support hose. as it turned out I was supposed to bring compression hose from a drug store. Since I did not have them they sold me a pair that turned out to be a medium short size. I am both tall and large and since I have to wear them for 4-6 days (they did not tell me this before the appointment) they are literally cutting off my circulation. They also told me nothing in advance about the pain involved both during and after the procedure. This office is unbelievably disorganized and unprofessional. No one wore identification nor did they identify themselves. I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. They shared no information when i made my appointment, never telling me I would have pain afterwards and could not exercise as usually for 4-6 days. I would never visit this office again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Expect poor service if you buy a discount voucher (Groupon, LivingSocial, Eversave, etc.)…read more I purchased a voucher for six laser hair removal treatments. After my first treatment, I asked when I should shave before my next treatment. As best I recall, the woman who gave my treatment told me 2-3 days. For my second treatment, I left work early and drove to this office in adverse winter weather. When I arrived, the woman giving the treatment (I don't know if it was the same individual or not) looked horrified and asked how long ago I shaved. I told her 2-3 days prior as instructed. She told me that was not correct, and didn't I refer to the post-procedure instructions they gave me? (At the time, I said I had not. Later, I looked at this sheet and it did NOT contain that information.) So, she went off and looked for a razor. She came back after a couple of minutes, said they had no razor, and I had to go home because she wouldn't treat me. I asked if I could have the treatment anyway, and she refused. Then I asked if I could reschedule. Rather than rescheduling my less than five-minute appointment, the office simply refused to give me that treatment. So I only got five treatments although I purchased the voucher for six. I was happy with the laser treatments but very unhappy with customer treatment.
