I have been to Ideal Image for laser hair removal. The results are amazing. They were honest with me in telling me that I would probably eventually need more than the 9 treatments on certain places. I had full legs done and complete over a year ago and haven't touched them since. I find that to be awesome!! My lip I need done again, however this was one area they said I probably would. Is it expensive?? Yes, it is. I wasn't prepared for that, but I did it and I'm happy I did. I actually should've done it sooner. To not ever have to shave my legs...and get red bumps especially in bikini area...sooooo worth it. Does it hurt?? Yes. Yes it does. Again, worth it...to me. The redness goes away fairly quickly, the hurt goes away even sooner. By the time I left the appointment. There are rules to follow for best results. I stuck to them, as the money I was paying was motivating enough to do so. I started my treatments in MI and the person that signed me up, I was not impressed with. (She is no longer there) I made my concerns about her almost immediately and by that time she was already gone. Anyway, all in all I am extremely happy with my hair removal results. As far as I recall, you can pay however you like, if you don't want care credit, you can pay on your own. Care credit did not charge any finance fees. It was free. They can never keep staff so it took months longer than it should have to complete treatment and I had to drive an hour away for 6 out of 7 treatments because the one 15 min from me never had anyone on staff and trained. I had Botox done there two weeks ago, and after just one week, my eyebrows and eyelids drooped, making it difficult to open my eyes. I went directly to Ideal Image to seek a solution for the correction, but they asked me to wait another week and call back. I called them today, but all I got was excuses and a lack of sincerity. The ppl here have been nothing but amazing. I have great technicians and each one with their own techniques. I have noticed some have a quicker method and others are less fluid. Overall it has been a great experience. The only downside fall is the process is a lot longer for ppl who may have challenges with hormonal hair growth (PCOS) or darker skin tones. If you have a contract with them you need to read this. Before you sign a contract please read this so this doesn't happen to you. This review has nothing to do with their laser service but contract maintenance and lack of communication/keeping information from the client. After my 7th laser treatment in April 2021, I go to the front desk and they schedule me for my 8th treatment. I need to push it for September 2021 and they say it's fine. No one says anything about my contract approaching the end and that perhaps I should come in sooner. As the date of my 8th treatment approaches, I get emails, calls and texts reminding me of my appointment. I even called the morning of my appointment to confirm they were open as it was Labor Day Weekend. I clearly explain this would be my 8th treatment. They confirm they are open. As I walk in I explain I am here for my 8th treatment, again nothing is said about my contract. I go into the treatment room to find out by the nurse that my contract has ended because I reached the time limit before my 8th treatment and that I am here for a touch up and touch ups are around $30. Clearly, I was not happy and a little confused. The nurse told me that a lot of people are upset about this because the pandemic postponed a lot of treatments and this caused delays and contracts were still ending on time. I understood she would do one touch up, on the house for the confusion and my time. It is all very weird energy and over explanations, but I accept. When I go to the receptionist she charges me for the touch up I am confused, clearly upset but I just pay because I just really want to get out of there. Days later I call customer service, explain the situation and request a refund. They are unapologetic. I get a call back over a week later that all they can do is offer a free treatment, they cannot refund my money. I ask her, is the treatment valid forever? Like my "lifetime" membership? She says no, the free retouch expires in 3 months. Red flag. We were about to hang up and she never told me the expiration information. I don't care about the $30 something dollars. I do care about feeling deceived. I care about the receptionist not looking at my file as she called me to confirm my appt. that my contract has ended and I would come in for a touch up that costs money. I care about the lack of care to the customer. Why couldn't they tell me this information as I was scheduling my 8th treatment? They had so many opportunities to tell me this information and they neglected to do so. It's not their problem but I have to drive over 2 hrs to see them. What minimal attention to detail on their behalf. I probably will not use my touch up "coupon" and I doubt I will come in for touch ups with them again. If you have a contract, double check when it ends because who knows if they will tell you and they may continue to schedule you without warning. Also don't postpone or delay your appointments as this could backfire. read more

CLIENT BEWARE! I would not recommend Ideal Image to anyone for any service they offer! I had my appointment scheduled only to receive an email saying my appointment had been canceled. THEY had canceled my appointment! I considered this a red flag since I had already purchased the services to be received. I called Ideal Image and told them that since they canceled my appointment without the courtesy to call and reschedule I decided to no longer use their services. I was told to reach out to the loan company they have for medical loans. So I called Allied loans to say that I would not be needing the medical service loan because I had decided not to use Ideal Image for my lazer treatments. Allied was very nice and helpful, my case was escalated to a case manager to be handled. Approximately a week later I receive a phone call from 'Craig' at Ideal Image. Craig proceeded to raise his voice on the phone, be very confrontational and threatening and to inform me that I had signed a contract and that I would not want to go through the process to cancel the contract. Basically trying to bully me into stay a patient. At that point I requested a manager because I refused to accept the way I was being spoken to. The manager did call me back and of course offered everything but to take me out of their system as a client. After repeating myself 4 times that I was not the one at fault but they THEY were the ones to cancel my appointment with no notice or reason, and that I had never even stepped foot in their office, but due to the costumer service I had received up to that point I do not and will not have any services done by Ideal Image, the manager finally agreed to cancel my service contract. I will say that they had already received the money from the loan before I had even been seen in their office. Horrible customer service and very rude. read more

As I understand it, the goal is to provide small, but noticeable alternatives to improving ones appearance without breaking the bank and more importantly without being cut open. Sounds too good to be true right? Well that's what I want to tell you. It is!!! Don't buy in to the laser-lipo or "cool" sculpting. It's a complete scam...they will forewarn you time and time again that your expectation should be to see a change around 20%. That's because once u come in for your post-procedure check-up, knowing full well you've seen no change, and they show you before/after side by sides that CONFIRM that there has been NO CHANGE, the nurse will stare at the identical side by sides and say "well IIIII see something."...well yes I'm sure you do, this establishment pays your bills. You explain your dissatisfaction and she promises to pass along your discontent to a superior. Well she did! She called!....to convince me IM crazy and there WAS a result. Excuse me? So you're not calling with a resolution, you're not calling to give me some financial reprieve for not getting a result? You're not calling to offer a complimentary procedure of a different variety? You're not even calling to console and apologize to me? Yes readers, she called to CONVINCE me to see something that DIDNT happen! Did I go down even a half size? I have been a guest at Ideal Image for well over 4 years now and I LOVE IT! I started going because I wanted laser hair removal and my results were awesome. It made me wonder why I took so long to doing laser hair removal in the first place. Now, I also do the Coolsculpting and it is my favorite thing ever. I saw major results, especially after the second treatment where for the first time I could see the definition in my abs that had been hiding under the stubborn trouble spots of fat that I couldn't seem to get rid of no matter how dedicated I was to the gym or to a diet. So my first experience here was good. Good botox placement and went over my options with me. My problem, however, is what happened after that. During my original appointment I was convinced to buy extra botox units in order to save money. I agreed. I was never told anything about their expiration. As far as results for removing hair by lasers, 5/5. Do not hesitate to have the treatments, and I would highly recommend doing a lifetime package as hair will never be entirely gone and it will be a good way to avoid having a full price touch up later. As far as RN staff, 4/5. The RNs on staff are sympathetic and kind as they zap surfaces of your body with a laser of increasing intensity. While the halls are sparsely populated that door can open and close during treatment. As far as the Dr on staff -5/5. That is exactly how many times I have seen or heard from them. When my skin had a thermal reaction to a treatment the RNs took pictures, and I got a call a day later from an RN telling me it was a "fungus". Petrified of all the possible scenarios of how could I have a fungus, I met with a dermatologist for an emergency double booked appointment for what was really a thermal reaction to a high intensity treatment. Recommendation was apply sun screen 30 min prior to the next treatment. If there actually is a doctor at facility as stated, meet you clients at least once, also don't attempt to make a diagnosis by photo. read more

They bad mouth all of their competitors claiming that Ideal Image's equipment is more advanced than offices that use the exact same equipment. This should be your first red flag. Second, when asking about pricing, they will ask you what YOUR budget is. Why? So they can increase the pricing if you expect to pay more already. Third and most importantly, they will tell you about their payment options but leave out the part that they are using your social security number to open a line of credit. They will proceed to tell you that you're not paying interest or that it will not effect your credit until a month later you receive a call from the credit card company. PLEASE GO TO THE BBB if this happens to you! Also, do NOT give them your social security number, they do not need it for you to receive services unless they are opening a line of credit!! Went in to have BBL done for a few minor freckles/uneveness. After having a skin assessment they had informed me I was a great candidate for it, and it should even out my skin tone and make me glow. I had purchased a package of 5. The first treatment was great, and seemed to work well. However, with my 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th treatments I had a different nurse do it. I started to notice my skin getting worse. On my 3rd treatment, I also had severe burns on my forehad. On my 4th treatment, I had a giant brown spot on my check which was never previously there. When I had brought it up to the nurse, she tried to laser it off and made it even worse by burning me! These people claim to be professionals, but now I am left with severe scarring/dark spot on my face! When I reached out to their office to try and rectify the situation, they acted like they didn't want to take accountability and like it was my fault for not reading the contract. They tried to say I had melasma, and had to get a doctor's note for them to further treat me. I went to the dermatologist who said it was hyperpigmentation caused by the laser and NOT melsama. My dermatologist gave me a bleaching cream for the dark spot on my face which has made me super self conscience. Makeup won't even cover it up! I paid to have my skin better not worse! I unfortunately got excited about the procedure I chose and got roped in only to find out that another place ran by two doctors and same equipment for a third of the price! Was very disappointed in my decision especially when you find out that you could have paid 2,000 for the same procedure you paid 6,700. They are very pushy with their services and make you feel you will regret not choosing to go with Ideal Image. I promise this is not true my only regret is not doing my research. I have spent thousands of dollars on hair removal and still have dark hair growth. I even gave ideal Image the benefit of a doubt and purchased additional laser sessions ($50 per session) in addition to my contracted sessions. Unfortunately I still have dark hair growth. I wish I had done research on at home lasers and at least that way I could continue to give myself treatments without the additional expense each time hair shows up again. Upper lip hair removal was a big failure. After finishing 9 therapy sections I actually have less than %30 hair removals. The fact that they tell you the darker the hair the easier it will be eradicated and removed is false. From my personal experience I would not recommend going through those painful and extremely expensive sections and simply stick to the traditional methods. I have had a fantastic experience at the Ideal Image across from Keystone at the crossing. I started out with the full brazilian and I can not tell you how much I like the results. Additionally, considering that is a very uncomfortable spot for treatment but Nurse Holly is so professional, patient and makes you really feel calm. I only schedule appointments with her. She loves her job and I think that makes the experience even better. Now, I am doing my underarms and I am sure before it is all said and done I will remove most of the hair from my body.
