I am so incredibly blessed that I found this salon for my daughter!…read more Let me give you the back story - I scheduled a braid session with another stylist that was an entrepreneur who braided out of her home. I showed up for my daughter's scheduled appointment and the stylist canceled on me on the spot when I arrived at her home. Long story short, I was beyond disappointed and still wanted to attempt to get my daughters hair braided. Thankfully, I was given this salons number by the personal trainer and took a chance at booking a same day appointment. By the grace of God, Joyez Salon had an appointment so I took it. We met Crystal White and she did an amazing job oh my daughters hair. She did 2 Dutch braids with the mermaid hair we had purchased for her braids. So loving and professional and very kind! Fast forward 5 months and we book a curly cut with Crystal...beyond happy with the service and the outcome!! The whole salon is so welcoming and inviting and they really do care about their clientele! My baby is happy with her hair and I know we have a salon home to go to for all her hair services! I've seen them all. Gladys, however, was none of those. She was an instant delight! Her intimate one-on-one studio immediately reassured me that I'd have her full attention, and she would likely give me a great cut, which she did. I showed her images of my desired style, and she went to immediate work with a relaxing wash and deep condition. Afterward, she expertly delivered a precision scissor cut with experienced ease. And, followed that with a lovely Brazilian Blowout. I LOVE my cut, and could not be happier! Not only this, but I felt like we had become friends by the end of our time together. I am so glad to have found a trusted stylist in my area, who I know I can look forward to seeing over and over again. Thank you so much, Gladys! I have no doubt that others will be just as pleased with your presence and service. Sincerely appreciated!

From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to understand my needs and accommodate me. Her customer service exceeded any expectations I had. I wasn't sure what I needed to prepare for my appointment, and she immediately sent hair recommendations along with a link to where I could find them in my area. She kept communication open, was honest and fair about pricing, and helped me schedule an appointment within just a few days. Even when I needed to reschedule, she graciously moved me to the very next day. When I stopped by a beauty supply store to look for the hair she recommended, the staff showed me some very pricey options. Tisha actually called the store herself to guide them to the correct items so I wouldn't overspend. I even got turned around on my way there, and she allowed me to communicate freely without making me feel rushed. Once I arrived at her shop, we had amazing conversation and enjoyed great music. Her space is cozy and welcoming, and she made sure I was comfortable -- even offering bottled water. I genuinely enjoyed her company and felt like I was talking to a family friend. I have alopecia, and Tisha made me feel beautiful throughout the entire process. I had purchased 1B hair for my sew‑in, and during the installation she thoughtfully added a pop of her own custom color to elevate the overall aesthetic. It was a subtle touch, but it made the style uniquely mine and showed just how much care she puts into her work. I left with a new look that my husband -- and others -- absolutely love. I've already received compliments on how well it suits me. Thank you, Tisha, for a stellar first experience. I plan to return -- and bring my daughters. God bless you!
