What I love about this YMCA location is that there is ample equipment and I am able to get a productive workout complete. So far all machines that I have used are in great working condition. Other members too are able to get their workout done with ease unlike other locations where people are on their phone, taking up the machines and not actually using them efficiently. I have gone early morning around 7 AM and I have also gone in the evenings around 7/8 PM. I have not taken any classes yet, but will soon explore some. My only one complaint is that I have unable to use the sauna due to it being out of order. Hopefully, they're able to repair it soon. I have also heard and read in other reviews that it is frequently being repaired. Hopefully that gets resolved soon.

First, I do want to say the staff were absolutely lovely. We arrived before everything was already set up, and they let my two young children help with scattering some of the eggs beforehand, which was a really kind and memorable touch. They were also great about sharing information on other programs, including a YMCA date night service where parents can drop off their kids while they enjoy dinner and a movie, which honestly sounds like something we might try in the future. The setup itself was a classic "scatter and go" format, with plastic eggs spread across a field and kids released at the same time. While exciting, it always makes things pretty chaotic, and our two-year-old ended up with candy like hard Jolly Ranchers and gum, which aren't really appropriate for toddlers and felt like a bit of a miss given the age range advertised for the section we were told to participate in. For future events, it would be great if the eggs in the under-3 section were filled only with toddler-appropriate items to help avoid potential choking hazards and make the experience more enjoyable, and less stressful, for parents of little ones. The bigger issue, though, was the "golden egg" system. The idea is great, special eggs with prizes inside, but in practice it created some awkward dynamics. We saw families staking out golden eggs ahead of time, including one instance where a parent encouraged their child to literally sit with their hand on an egg before the event started. I'm not here to judge anyone, but it did take away from the fairness and fun of the hunt. A simple fix would be to go more "Willy Wonka" style next time, hide the golden prize as a surprise inside regular eggs rather than making them visible targets. That would keep the excitement while making things feel a lot more equitable for all kids. Overall, a fun event with great staff and good energy, but a few thoughtful tweaks could make it much more enjoyable and inclusive for everyone.

Nick, the owner and chief instructor has a very impressive background and has a world of experience above and beyond the martial arts. His meticulous attention to detail shines in every aspect of the instruction and operation at XGJJ. He also has managed to assemble a great team of partners and coaches with Gino and Brad. The environment is great. If you are looking for a respectful, family like atmosphere where the coaches and students are passionate about life and their craft, you found it. I really enjoy the instructional format they follow. It allows rapid absorption of technique with good levels of retention. The techniques shown are solid and show the evolution from traditional to modern application. Although this is not a traditional martial arts school, the tenants of honor, respect, and brotherhood have been well preserved. They have cardio and weight equipment and a boxing ring as well. There is a personal trainer named Brandon on site who is knowledgeable in nutrition, fitness training, and supplementation. As this is a complete gym it could replace your gym membership. My boys really enjoy the children's classes and they have learned more than just martial arts. I have referred several family friends and they have enjoyed the experience as well. The school is affiliated with Fight Sports in Miami. While on vacation, I had the opportunity to drop in and train with them. It was good to have a place to train while out of town and the atmosphere there was great and the chief instructor was very friendly and welcoming as well. There are no long term contracts! My family has had a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone.

5 Stars Fitness CF North Clermont is the complete package --…read morebest gym in the area! I've been going to Fitness CF in North Clermont for the last six months and I honestly don't know why I'd ever drive anywhere else. This place has literally everything you need for a top-notch workout. The weight floor is massive with plenty of squat racks, benches, and cable machines that are always clean and ready to go. Cardio equipment is top-tier, the functional training area is loaded, and the group classes (especially the strength and HIIT ones) are fire. Whether you're chasing PRs or just trying to stay consistent, they've got the setup to make it happen. What really sets them apart is how well they've thought through recovery. They've got dedicated stretching zones, foam rollers, mobility tools, and even a solid cool-down area that actually encourages you to take care of your body after you destroy it in the gym. Most places give you the weights and call it a day -- Fitness CF actually gives you the tools to recover properly so you can keep showing up stronger. The only thing that would push this gym from "already amazing" to "literally perfect" is if they added a red light sauna and cold plunge. Those two pieces would take recovery to another level and make this place unbeatable. Hint to management: the demand is there! Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great music, and never feels overcrowded even at peak times. If you're anywhere near North Clermont, do yourself a favor and sign up. You won't regret it. This is the real deal. 10/10 -- already re-signed for another year. See you in the gym!

If there is any remodeling or construction happening inside the gym its never for to long. And restrooms and always stocked and clean. Now I have been a Zumba instructor at this location for 2 years now (Wednesday at 10:30a) the staff is just as helpful. And day care staff is so friendly and great with my special needs son. Daycare staff make sure he is safe as well as the other children. And if at anytime my child has had a problem they do not hesitate to locate me if they can not solve it. Which for me lets me do my class or my own work out with no worries or stress. I definitely recommend this gym to any mom friends I come across that need a little selfcare time.
