After waiting about 5 minutes for someone to take our order, someone came out and told us they were closed on Sundays. Needless to say, we were instantly bummed. I explained, "My girlfriend just got her wisdom teeth out and she just wanted a cold treat." She replied, "Well, if it's something quick, I can take care of you guys. Just meet me at the window." We went to the window, and she made her the Cookie Monster shake exactly how we asked for it. The fact that she was willing to serve us after hours just because she heard my girlfriend wanted a little treat genuinely meant a lot. As a thank-you for going out of her way, I gave her a $10 tip to show our appreciation. It's little gestures like that that make customers want to come back. On top of the amazing customer service, Java Heaven has a great variety, fair prices, and such a welcoming, homey atmosphere. 10/10 experience. If you're looking for an inexpensive spot with good food, great drinks, fast service, and a warm environment, your next stop should definitely be Java

HASH BROWN : Their hashbrown is seasoned and it's the best part about it. Full of flavors and always hot! I can taste the onions, garlic and parsley seasoning on a small little hashbrown. The cons about these hashbrown is that sometimes it comes out a bit bitter. RATE : 5/5 ICED CARAMEL CRAVE SIGNATURE LATTE : This is my favorite drink from Dunkin's! It taste like caramel cinnamon iced latte or it taste like cinnamon toast crunch cereal. To make it extra refreshing and cold; I like to add extra extra ice. RATE : 5/5 SERVICE : Today's service was ok. I ask for a few minutes but they never came back for a good 15 minutes. Though, they got my food out quick. From Dunkin's I recommend to try their hashbrowns and Ice Caramel Crave Signature Latte.

Have come here twice and both times the incorrect drink was made by Yadmira (believe that's how…read moreit's spelled - sandy blonde). Most recent time, ordered directly from the menu as titled for the drink, Oleato Caffe Latte. Ordered this as a grande. I was not asked my name nor if I wanted it hot or iced, this comes into play later. Upon getting my order, it was made iced, there was uncertainty if it was mine since my name wasn't on it and the literal icing on the top was the drink was the Oleato Shaken Espresso. Which isn't my drink and has added syrup to it. So I went back and asked for it to be hot and the correct drink, instead the gal at the register attempted to ring me up for another drink. I had to stop her and say no I needed the correct drink made that I already paid for. Now as I'm sitting here, waiting, due to them not taking names it's total chaos and people guessing on the drinks along with a possibility of the gal making a regular latte vice the Oleato for me. More to come! Management needs to do something. UPDATE: it was mine and made incorrectly twice, amazing and then when asked, Yadmira was confused and literally had to point at the menu and say that, the Oleato Caffe Latte, it is LITERALLY on your menu, no changes, nothing added just that. It was finally on the third attempt made correctly ... but they still never took anyone's name. Clown show!
