They knew our guests were a little uncomfortable in how to eat their lobster, so they cracked them, pulled out the meat and laid it back on the shell, and no one had to make a mess out of their dinner. The very first impression of the young man and young woman was very warm and professional. I pulled in behind them, they shook my hand and said, "You must be...."
