At the ending of the day it is a gas station and I'm there to get what I need and be on my way. Their food is great, I must say. The fried chicken and potato wedges--or even bentos is a MUST when stopping there. ***I was just there last night, 7/14/26 and there were 2 employees on the floor talking smack about one of their co-workers. I grabbed what I needed and waited at the register. The employee was standing about 6 feet away from me making drum noises on a pile of boxes and I asked her if anyone was at the register. She said "Yeah, SHE IS" and pointed to the other employee pulling trash from the hot food area. There was also another customer standing behind me waiting to check-out. The drumming of boxes continued too from the other employee.*** If you don't need to go there, go to the next gas station. Today, one of the managers actually took the time to go full FBI forensic analyst on my account and finally fixed it. Honestly, I could go to KTA or Foodland, but I keep coming back because this place still has that small-town village vibe where people know you and genuinely care. The pharmacists have personally called me about medication interactions, helped with refill issues, and even contacted my provider for me when prescriptions got stuck in bureaucratic limbo. The cashiers have also saved me money by pointing out better deals before I checked out, which in this economy deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. Corporate really should invest more into this location because the staff is fantastic. Maybe start with better coolers before the beer reaches "lightly simmered" status. Good people. I have never found what I was looking for on two visits. The staff is friendly. And the place has a lot of good character. But they need to ramp up the inventory.

Ordered the Haupia, as I'm a lover of coconut anything lol. Be very careful as this pie was very hot, like burn your mouth hot. But one bite, and the filling oozed sweet coconut with small bite size pieces of coconut pudding? Anyhoo, this small dessert made my evening : )
