She reported it to the "security guard" who told her to go to customer service!! The girl looked at her blankly and went back to helping the other employee. No call to management or 911. She finally overheard us talking and "called someone." And there you have it; the absolute LAST time I will shop in-store at FM. It is just too customer-hostile and dehumanizing. Even Target has started "niceness" training with its employees...like, how to show gratitude for the customers who keep your doors open. Anyway....I'm done.
