Even though it is an outlet mall, I noticed the items I got were almost the same prices online except a few dollars less. Being the largest mall in Virginia and one level , it was hard to navigate and I couldn't find signs leading to Earthbound. I got lost twice. I plan to visit this place again when it is not so crowded in the future. The service we received in the stores we browsed in were good and professional. We found a good bargain for a sturdy metal carry on luggage with wheels for $40. I loved the clothes I wanted online yet was never able to get until recently.

Shady sellers, sketchy vibes. Other discount sites? Either seemed fake, didn't ship to my location, or had questionable addresses (seriously, Google Maps had me side-eyeing some of them). Just as I was about to give up and pay full price, I decided to narrow my search to local stores--and that's when I found Z & R Furniture. At first, I thought it was another "too good to be true" site, but since I grew up in Woodbridge, I recognized the shopping plaza and knew it was legit. Could I have driven over to check in person? Sure. But let's be real--I had books to read. So, after running it by my boyfriend, we decided to go for it. Best decision ever. Our chaise arrived in just 2-3 weeks--way faster than the manufacturer's estimate--and the total price with delivery was under $1,000! The delivery process was seamless. They called my boyfriend 30 minutes out, then called me again when they were closer to confirm details. Once they arrived, they carefully unloaded the chaise and brought it straight into our living room without a hitch. Since we're right by the elevator, no stairs were involved, but the whole process was still super professional and efficient. Given the number of pieces needing to be framed, emphasis was on low cost/value. Did comparison shopping at 5 shops across Arlington County, Fairfax County, and Woodbridge (including Michaels) and this spot came out cheaper than the rest - not just for the total job but for each type of frame I was looking to do. So went with them, giving them 8 of my posters to frame. The older lady who did my estimate was direct but very nice. Knowledeable lady who understood I was basically looking for the best deal, but did the best job of any of the stores I went to explaining the best framing options within my budget. She even presented alternative options to what I was looking for that would be the same price or even a bit cheaper. Said it would take 2 weeks to get the job done but called me back after only a week saying my frames were ready. Picked up later that weekend and all the frames looked fantastic! To be clear I'm no framing expert and don't really have an eye for art - was basically looking to get straightforword framing jobs done at the lowest cost - if that is your aim, this is definitely the place to go. I can't speak to the quality of their more upscale framing jobs. Again, I comparison shopped at several shops and this was the cheapest I found in the area. In terms of payment they had me pay half when I dropped the posters off for framing and the remaining half when I picked them up. The framing store is located in a huge outlet mall but they have a back door where you can drive up and pick up your frames if you have a larger order.
